the directors cut is more complete with some extra context so I don't see any reason not to watch this one. it amounts to 3 whole episodes more, as this one is 55 eps and the regular is 52 eps. the one you mentioned is the regular version since it's shorter

dubbing is mostly used in historical dramas or when the actor has an accent. in modern dramas actors use their own voices in most cases. zhang jingyi and song weilong use their own voices here and probably the rest of the cast too
