It's a weekend drama. Weekend dramas are different from the usual k-dramas. They usually have 50+ episodes and many characters. It is like a Korean soap opera/telenovela.

I really wish they didn't start her plot arc with Cha Gun... I want to see her suffer, not act like an entitled selfish bratty witch who turns into a pitiful entitled obsessive drunkard as soon as her evil plans go awry. What a psycho... I can't root for her and Cha Gun until she reaally changes

the problem is... his best friend lives far away, and YG never told him WHO he was dating(though he did say something about the huge age gap). The housekeeper Yeo Ju still thinks he and Sa Ra were having a lovers' quarrel when she saw them arguing and SR had hugged him, too. The step-mom lives and SR lived in the house. So it's quite believable if they say that he had a relationship with SR. His relationship with DD was a total secret.
The only variable here is Cha Gun, who knows that SR was rejected. Se Ryeon and Anna Kim will take DD's side, but they can't really show proof that he dated DD. The best friend also knows that YG was dating someone much younger than him so he might be able to piece the puzzle...
All in all, I like the new developments. I'm interested in seeing where this goes.
One big question...It is"Young Lady and Gentleman" or "A Gentleman and Young Lady"?!?
The Korean name is "신사와 = Gentleman and" + "아가씨 = Young Lady" Since we usually say "ladies and gentlemen" in English, they've flipped the order in the English name, "Young Lady and Gentleman"

I think people in general these days don't like confrontation. They just don't want conflict. I think this is mostly because they don't teally want to change themselves, because in every conflict, both people should come to a compromise. I believe that suffering together is better than suffering alone, and that's why I think "no empathy for others because they're suffering" is nonsense. Confrontations can hurt. You will have to come out of your comfort zone and make compromises. People usually don't like doing that. So they keep quiet and take it or just cut off the person from their lives. The problem never gets solved. If people were willing to be vulnerable, to change, and think about someone else instead of only themselves, I think the world would be a better place. Every relationship needs adjustments. You can't avoid them.
I hate it when people act like there's nothing they can do and they're being tortured when TALKING can save the whole situation.
honestly wish my mandarin was better so I could sub it just to practice. I started watching viki to learn mandarin.…
Kocowa is based in the US, so they make these dramas available for viewers in the US/Europe... but the same dramas are available for free or with Standard Pass in other regions. Must be a licensing thing.

You have to log on to Viki's Discussions Board - discussions.viki.com
Then you post your qualifications/language backgroun and tell everyone what job you're interested in doing(There are separate threads for subtitlers and editors). A senior volunteer usually will take you under their wing and get you started :) and help is always needed somewhere.
For segmenting, you have to register at the Ninja Segmenting and Subtitling Academy (it's a website created by volunteers). Once the wait is over, you will be assigned to different sensei's who will teach you everything you need to know.

If English is your native or first language and you're very well-versed with it, you can become an English Editor - someone who comes in after the translators and translation editors, checks grammar, and makes sure everything is coherent, simple, and clear.
If you speak a language other than English, you could translate shows from English to that language.
You can also become a Segmenter - someone who cuts the video into little parts so the subtitler can write in subtitles. You have to go through Basic Training, and then five levels of Advanced Training for that. It'll take a few months because the waitlists are long.
Oh.... I didn't know about this. Thank you for putting this information out here so others would know about it!…
When it was a completely free fansubbed site, it wasn't legal. It's completely legal now, so they have to pour money into buying licenses for all the regions and compete with NF. So a lot more dramas have been locked under a paywall. However, most of the work is still done by teams of unpaid volunteers, so letting them earn a pass is a good thing they do.
For information: Viki's shows are all subbed and segged by volunteers. If you can't pay for a subscription, you can offer your time and services as a volunteer. In exchange, you get a Standard Pass. So if you want to watch shows legally but don't have money but lots of time, you could become a volunteer and support your biases by translating/segmenting and making your favorite shows available to more people! :)

sa ra is definitely going to be a pain but I'll try to endure it.
and Mi Rim and Jun Ho are soooooo cute, I'm glad the writer made sure we have at least one cute, light part^^

Viki Pass Plus isn't available out of Europe and America. Since I'm from Asia, I forgot to add that you get the Plus Pass, too.
