Clearly a lot of money was spent here and spent well. Good performances from the cast but I wish they would have given Richard Armitage something more to do instead of making him a cartoon villain. There's no explanation for his "transformations". But I liked that it felt like a world film with various nationalities, they even had an actor speak in pidgin, I wonder how they wrote this because that was a nice authentic touch. Just wish it could have extended to the plot. This tried to be fun, emotional and epic all at the same time but it lacked the punch.
