Xu Kai has done nothing wrong. They're all lies. He doesn't need to prove anything. It's them that can't prove…
There’s nothing to brush off. If there’s not there there, there’s no there there. Why do you make it sound like he did something "what he already did?" There was no police investigation. It's standard procedure, they have to follow up on the reports.
there is no police investigation! period. I haven't heard of any, if there were, there'd be a ton of fresh black marketing spinning it but they're been quiet lately. He doesn't need to clear his name, he hasn't been charged with anything!
Moonlit Reunion the VLinkage points were rock solid stable at 85 the whole time it was airing (99% pretty much) that's why it was #1 for 3 weeks in a row. It wasn't super high like 88 but 85 every day will get you #1. Some dramas may come out swinging at 88 then with in a few days drops to below 85 but Moonlit Reunion was so stable. That says something about the engagement.
I don't know if any of you are on reddit, but Xu Kai regularly gets his ass kicked in the cdrama posts. I don't…
no it's not just reddit, it's everywhere after a while you just get used to it, you expect it, and then you think, you know what, Xu Kai doesn't see it nor does he really care. Xu Kai says he's not even scrolling anything except for national news.
Xu Kai quote from years ago: "well, if saying these things (insults, rumors, or slander) makes you feel better, then go ahead. Say what you want as long as it makes you happy. It doesn't really affect me much anyway,"
yesterday someone shared that he was cleared from that gambling allegation. the police concluded it was just entertainment…
Why should Xu Kai or his lawyers issue anything on what the police does? The only thing the lawyers issue are cease and desist letters when Xu Kai is being slandered.
The cheating allegations died down for almost 2 weeks, didn't it? Even black marketing videos were starting to…
I doubt he got replaced. That unhinged director who sided with the serial liar Xu Lisha was putting that out there to scare everyone. But I also see some fans don't like his upcoming drama so then I think if he were to be replaced and get a new drama, maybe it's not bad thing; but still, I rather see he don't get replaced because that's the cleanest way to sail through all this awful stuff hitting him.
i wonder what allegation will xukai face next 🤔(if they follow their schedule, it will happen this week or…
The cheating allegations died down for almost 2 weeks, didn't it? Even black marketing videos were starting to say it will not affect his career, then out of the blue, the next day, there is a gambling allegation. It's been quiet this past week. They can keep spinning it that the police are investigating him, when the police has not opened any investigation. They're just following up on the report someone filed on him. There's only 9 days until the start of filming so they will wait to see if he got replaced as that would be enough for them to spin endlessly the demise of Xu Kai without putting out new allegation. Every new allegation is also risky to them because they get sue. The game is to make as much noise on him as possible, make negative trends on him explode as much as possible, that's how they intend to destroy him, not the allegations per se because they know they're false. They want to make the producers and brands wary or tired of the noise surrounding him. I wonder if they were surprised how well he survived the cheating allegations, but they always had the gambling allegation in the works since it was mentioned in the cheating allegation story. Xu Kai doesn't have any PR all to counter all these lies that go uncheck. I think we'll know by next week what direction this will all take for Xu Kai. Its's better for him if he's not removed from the drama to buffer the noise which I doubt will stop. I think any new allegations no one can take seriously when there are so many that are timed like this, people know it's manufactured. I think if Xu Kai is not replaced, he will survived this whole thing really well, because getting replaced will make producers and brands nervous, unless he announces a new drama immediately to replace it. That is why that producer put out the lie that he has been replaced. It's a tactic to scare everyone, to increase the heat. I'd love to see the situation that he got replaced but announces a new drama that fans are excited for.
Does anybody else also think that this character was the best one for WXY , Xiao Heng was so manly in this . Also…
The Double was WXY true breakout role, the role that made everyone turn heads, actors breaks out around 22 ("so manly") no matter how long they've already been acting already, and WXY had already been in many roles since 18, and he was 22 when The Double aired. But he needs to capitalized on it. Unfortunately, his agency reacts to his success so have to wait until 2026, because his agency already had other commitments for him before The Double aired in 2024.
Another example of Xu Kai being real and down-to-earth is in his spontaneous moments—you know that's the genuine person. During the Wonderland of Love livestream with Jing Tian, it was just the two of them, and it felt like they were simply shooting the breeze. At one point, he asked her, “Did you go shopping?” I think he was referring to a place where they were both there for an event. She said no, but Xu Kai replied that he had gone shopping and found some organizers on sale. Then, off the cuff, he added that you can save a lot of money. Jing Tian looked at him and said, “Oh, so you're quite the shopper.” That’s when it seemed to dawn on him that maybe it wasn’t the best image to project, so he quickly clarified, “No, I’m not—I couldn’t sleep, so I went shopping.” Right there, you see Xu Kai for who he really is: someone who enjoys finding a good deal. Does that sound like a rich guy? A celebrity? Not the typical kind. It’s moments like these that show how genuine he truly is... and neat and organized person too! He's the kind of person who still enjoys street food the most. He never let his success change him. He stays humble and grounded.
Xu Kai is a good person. I recall in past interview, he said he wants his dad to stop working and his dad was like maybe 60 only? He felt his dad worked hard and should enjoy life more. Then last year, he said he works hard so he can catch up to his parents old age, meaning he wants to time his career before he turns 40, or maybe early 40's, before his parents are too old, and he hopes to take them to see the world, because his family never go anywhere. Does this sound like a guy who wants to risk with the law and do illegal high-stakes private casino out of his "mansion"? Xu Kai doesn't even own a suit at home. He doesn't sound like some extravagant guy.
Why do you make it sound like he did something "what he already did?"
There was no police investigation. It's standard procedure, they have to follow up on the reports.
