Also despite all the hype of the evil spirit and how bad things were going to get if it got its full powers.....nothing…
Some of the evil that happened: 1. Yeom Hwa actually won - she avoided any consequences for actions, like tormenting the ML for 10 years. 2. Few years of separation cliche. 3. 2ML was a friend zone victim until the end... but that's actually his own fault 😉
everyone keeps calling bong su an evil spirit but i don't get it to me it seems he's just a child with a very…
You are right. Bong Su is not an evil spirit. Bong Su is a troll spirit. He's actually good. Yeom Hwa trolled everyone saying she's gonna summon an evil spirit and then summoned Bong Su instead. But then everyone trolled Yeom Hwa and instead of punishing her for all her evil actions they just ignored it and let her stay with them like nothing happened 🤷♂️
I am a little bit confused with this Yeom Hwa charechter. who is she , What does she want. Can anyone clarify that.…
Her story is explained a bit in episode 8. She lost her baby before it was born. She tried to perform a ritual that would turn her baby into a diety but that ritual was interrupted by her spiritual mother.
To be honest her goals were not clear for me as well. She summoned an evil spirit and was tormenting the ML for 10 years to make a sacrifice of him - It seems that she was hired by ML's family to deal with his misfortune but instead she made it worse and "protected" his family from his misfortune by separating them (what a great family, huh?). In episode 7 she says to her spiritual mother that she did it all so that she could live - but I guess that was just to piss her mother off. The real reason was probably to try to save her child.
It's unclear (or maybe I missed it) who was the father of her baby and when exactly did Yeom Hwa turn to the "dark side" (was it after she lost her child or earlier).
I can't add anymore. Here are some more titles: Age of Youth Season 2 - eps 2, 10 (English) Touch Your Heart - eps 1, 4 (English) The First Night with the Duke - ep 4 (English) Weak Hero Class 2 - ep 2 (Japanese)

I'm at episode 14 right now and so far I have to say the screenwriter Lee Jeong Seon did an amazing job. I like all the cliffhangers at the end of each episode - they are not forced, just come very naturally but at the best moments. It's so hard to stop myself from watching the next one 😊
The comedy is gone. The fluffiness is gone. This season feels more like a melodrama than a rom‑com, as it dives into serious adult relationship struggles.
Right from the start, we have to accept the breakup with the first season’s ML (now the 2ML). Watching the first few episodes, I honestly felt like the love cell - there was no love, just a relationship that started without my approval. I was also disappointed (or maybe envious?) that the FL moved on from her breakup in just a few days.
I was almost ready to give this drama a “watchable but boring” (4) score - especially after episodes 7 and 8 (seriously, the whole An Dae Yeong plot felt like a waste of time).
Surprisingly, the drama got much more serious after that, and I actually liked it. I appreciated the complexity of emotions and the difficult decisions. On one hand, the writers made a bold move tackling such heavy topics, and it felt very realistic. On the other, some of the FL’s choices may be hard to understand for less experienced viewers - and they carry so much weight that it no longer feels like a rom‑com.
Still, I’ll probably watch season 3 when it’s out.
P.S. Greetings to everyone who banned their prime cell 😉

1. If you can’t give your girlfriend a pentakill, you’re not worthy - just leave and don’t embarrass yourself 😉 2. If you’re too afraid she’ll reject you, drive her far out of town before apologising (like the ML did). She’ll be more worried about how to get home than about saying no 😉
The first half of the drama feels like a mobile game commercial, which might appeal to people who enjoy that type of game mixed with a bit of romance. The pacing was fine, and the culmination (the final match) was the moment I enjoyed the most.
The second half, however, felt completely different. It slowed down and focused mainly on the ML’s hard work and the main couple’s steady relationship. Some viewers may enjoy that, but I found it dragging and boring.
To be honest, I think the whole plot could’ve easily been packed into a movie or even summarized in a few sentences.
