after 20 episodes of Phoenix 2020 the writer focuses more on Seo Ha Joon, he feels more like the ML instead of Lee Jae Woo, he and the FL gets more screentime/intimacy together even more than the original 2004 version - which I actually didn't like the original actor/character for Jung Min.. but maybe this version might end differently from the original 'cause some stuff got changed.
loved CJH in Zombie Detective (am still waiting for news of a potential season 2) I laughed more at the humor in this drama more than Mr. Queen, thought he was going to be in Mouse with Lee Seung Gi but he's not in the cast list anymore.

yeah MDL is a small community I remember some users haha... I even noticed they actually completed TP even though they said they dropped it.
You won't recognize me since a few months ago I set my username/picture to Kim Moo Young (Zombie Detective) 'cause I was obsessed with Choi Jin Hyuk there but now moved onto my new oppa crush Seo Ha Joon (Phoenix 2020) LOL
I am still hoping Choi Jin Hyuk will make an appearance at the end of Mr. Queen because he was the main reason why I started it.

maybe it was an excuse for Joon Seok (Eru) to leave this drama to be in that newer daily A Good Supper. LOL

I still haven't watched this one lol.. I notice makjang dailies are usually rated low/people complain about them easily like with A Man in a Veil which is rated 6.8 but I'm pretty addicted to it right now, I get excited about those cliffhangers at the end of every episode. Plus Shim Yi Young's older family drama A Hundred Year's Inheritance was also low rated/had negative comments but I found the makjang parts addicting.

exactly.. yeah I remember you, we've discussed about this before there lol. The last person I saw actually called TP nonsense/crap yet tells us to watch FOE instead, as if we already don't know what dramas are already popular/highly rated on MDL ( ͠° ͟ʖ ͡°)
I'm actually feeling bored of Mr. Queen, thought it had a decent start when Choi Jin Hyuk was still around (like his voice) but other than watching the main leads everything else is boring me.

am not surprised there's still people advertising dramas on other pages when it's got nothing to do with the drama discussion especially when they don't even like/dropped the drama yet they still comment there just to brag about/want others to watch their favourite one instead... like I still remember someone advertising DDSSLS on TOTNT page even though they rated it a 1/10 or 3 people bragging about Start-up/Kairos/FOE on The Penthouse page

Min Woo is Yoo Ra & Joon Seok's kid. Yoo Jung raised him for her since she abandoned him. Tae Poong thought he was Yoo Jung & Seo Joon's kid at first before he realized the kid was Min Woo whose name was changed to Dong Ho.

LOL finally. I still can't believe Joon Seok is actually dead wtf was the point of him showing up for a few eps anyways where is his brother to come out for revenge too?

this drama is getting more exciting for me at ep 90s like holy shit @ TP screaming in the end of ep 93 preview that gave me the chills.
It was pretty obvious from the beginning TP and YJ were going to be endgame anyways and YR will always find a way to defend herself from getting kicked out of DL.
Also I keep noticing art pictures of fruits in here and Love to the End, what's up with that?

YJ and SJ were together for a bit in the second half of this drama since she wanted to get revenge at YR but it was hinted early on she and TP had childhood connection/feelings for each other, she wanted to reciprocate her feelings for him but then YR got in the way and ended up marrying him.

I guess Hwa Yeon and her secretary will have to go to jail for killing off a certain character earlier in the drama. The main leads would get back together again and Seo Joon would move on from his obsession with Yoo Jung. Cha Woo Seok and Seo Ji Sook may get back together again too. As for Yoo Ra, I hope it's not another amnesia/being forgiven ending again like with 2 other dramas I watched...

Nothing wrong with that, it's like Lee Min Ho being a king in TKEM when he's played other "leader" type of roles in LOTBS /Faith. Some actors are typecasted to do certain roles but I still like watching them anyways.
Maybe that might've been the wrong word to put it but what I meant was that he played as a university/college student in MIIGB but now he's going back to being a younger character here. Don't get me wrong I actually liked watching him in the previous drama even though others criticized his acting there, it's just that I'd want to see him in more diverse roles to bring out his full potential in acting (the only other drama I watched him in was Rookie Historian)

He is certainly handsome/matches the character visually (even though I haven't read the webtoon yet) but his role doesn't feel new to me, I can't tell any major differences between his Lee Su Ho and Do Kyung Suk characters although he is pretty sweet in both dramas so I still like to watch him here.

True, I think many Asians would actually look better with natural black hair but everyone's always dyeing them brown for some reason..

it reminded me of the similar cringy feeling I got from watching the beginning of Ugly Duckling series: Perfect Match (I'm surprised no one put that in the Recommendations page here yet since the FL also had self esteem issues/skin problems on her face)
yeah I assume people rate this highly because it's a fluffy rom com with cute guys in it but oddly I'm more interested in the bromance than the romance, one of the flashbacks in the later episodes with the 3 guys' friendship bracelets felt more touching to me than the main leads romance.
I still liked My ID is Gangnam Beauty more for some reason, that show had less humor but the FL's backstory felt more emotional for me and Soo Ah felt like a better antagonist than Soo Jin??

at least it's better than seeing Gong Yoo in Biscuit Teacher and Star Candy, he looked like a grown ass man in a high school uniform there LMAO
