No, he's one of the investors that shulang was considering working with (in the ep in which he gets drugged). He only has one brother (son of the women who adopted him) who we already saw.

MC is You shulang, ML is Fan xiao. Shulang is a director in a company and fan xiao is vice president of a company. His uncle is the president of the company. Their first meeting happens at the airport parking lot when shulang accidentally hits fan xiao's car. This meeting wasted an xiao's time, 34 mins or something. This for reason pisses off fan xiao and he holds a grudge over this. He also thinks shulang is very sophisticated and neat and wants to see him ruined and out of control. Second meeting happens in the hospital where they save a kid and his mom from committing suicide. This incident brings them closer. Now they have dinner together in which fan xiao finds out shulang has a partner and he's a little mad (god knows why, maybe jealousy) and he plans to break them up. He finds out who his partner is and calls him in to model for a painting (he's surprised that shulang is actually gay). He flirts with zheng zheng throughout the session.(shulangs bf). Shulang and fan xiao go to a party where he saves a girl from getting drugged from a spiked drink, due to some circumstances, he ends up drinking the spiked drink and basically goes into heat, while fan xiao is in the car, he feels uncomfortable, asks him to stop the car and get out, then he basically pleases himself in the car to get rid of the drugs effects. This scene gets recorded by fan xiao who later watches it and finds himself getting turned on by shulang and is conflicted because he's not gay. Basically skipping over a little, at first zheng zheng feels guilty for liking the flirting but later on decides to go fully in. He tries to get fan xiao to sleep with him but fan xiao literally cannot get turned on by him so he sends him home. Later he sees zheng zheng kissing shulang and gets jealous (over shulang).
