I mean it makes sense for Pran to be a little more reserved, he was the one who probably suffered the most. Overall…
I agree with everything you said! I feel like I understand all the characters much better now, even their friends.
It must've been so hard for Pran when he transferred because not only did he get separated from Pat who he was in love with, he also left thinking he had something with Ink, was forbidden from playing guitar which is his passion, had to adjust to a totally new environment and had to make completely new friends (and he apparently didn't have many friends growing up which is probably why he's so protective over Wai). His mom didn't even want him to come home in case he sees Pat considering she sent him to a boarding school, so he barely even saw his parents. In Pran's mind showing his feelings caused him to lose two of the things he loved the most, Pat and his guitar.
Pat must've felt extremely guilty about Pran's transfer and was definitely just as lonely as Pran during that time (side note, have you ever listened to Never by 25 Hours (has Eng subs), the song he suggested for the Christmas concert? That one hits, it fits them so well). Unlike Pran though he didn't fully realize his feelings. He also had Pa as a support while Pran was all alone and he was still allowed to stay in his usual environment with all his friends and peers, so it wasn't quite as bad for him as it was for Pran. While Pran became very reserved, Pat became clingy because he didn't want to lose him again.
I didn't realize this at first but Pran became so used to hiding his feelings that he started to express them through the happy/sad emojis. That's why they're all over his room, on his phone case and on his door hanger and why they keep using them to show how he feels even though we can tell from his face. After he and Pat officially get together they pretty much stop doing that because he became much happier and more open with his feelings again. Then in the final scene (when he plays guitar and Pat climbs through the window) Pat is wearing a shirt with a smiley face on it indicating that he's Pran's happiness now.
I really admire Pat for just going for it while still respecting Pran's boundaries, he knows how to push his buttons without going too far. They really are the healthiest couple I've ever seen in a drama. They talk to each other, make compromises, apologise when they've made a mistake and don't let anything come between them. They actually have fun together, care about each other and make each other happy. It's such a beautiful relationship, it's just love
I dropped this after episode 14. I think the biggest problem I had was that most of the supporting characters are (intentionally) terrible people who are against the main leads which, to me at least, is one of the worst things you can do in a romance drama. It always makes the drama feel somewhat lonely and empty because they have nobody on their side and no strong bonds with anyone except each other. Of course there was the FL's mom and friend and the ML's brother and grandma but they didn't really help much. It's the same reason why many horror movies leave me feeling uncomfortable, a lot of times there's just no genuine connection between any of the characters
Sorry to flood the place with my rewatch comments, but I just love the way Pat and Pran express their love so…
I mean it makes sense for Pran to be a little more reserved, he was the one who probably suffered the most. Overall Pat did more for Pran but I think it was intentional to balance out Pran's suffering in a way. I never felt like he was too cold or pushed Pat too far away though, in the end he always gave in and did a lot of things for him too. He always prioritised him over everyone else, protected him, cooked for him, wrote two whole love songs for him, let him sleep over and basically move into his dorm, took care of him, went home just to make him feel better, agreed to let him post pictures even though he was terrified of people finding out and most importantly never left his side (also that whole "engagement" thing was totally for Pat so he could finally shout out his love to everyone like he's been wanting to)

I feel like GMMTV didn‘t do themself a favor in casting OhmNanon. The chemistry is to good to just be the -…
That's probably one of the main reasons they cast OhmNanon in the first place, it's a safe and easy choice for TessTun so they don't have to worry too much about that part. It's true that it might've backfired a bit since a lot of people are more interested in TessTun now (tho I also blame the writer for that). I do think JimmySea have some chemistry but I'm personally way more interested in everything else than the main couple so far, like the weird little changes in the other universe which are really funny to me
