Honestly Tess makes total sense to me. Why is everyone so good at living someone else's life anyway? I'd be completely…
yeah I wish we'd seen more of Tess, everyone says he's an asshole but his best friends and Tun are all decent people so I feel like he can't be that bad y'know
I thought the whole point of only one of them switching back was so they could actually talk and update each other about what happened in their own universes? That whole exposition should've been done by Tess and Pakorn and not random people like Talay's brother (who we didn't even know about until now, and who was probably only there for that scene) because all of them would naturally want to know how their lives have been going, especially Talay since he's so passionate about his colorist job and he knows Tess is a troublemaker (anyone remember that guy whose life got ruined? What was his purpose then??). Seriously, a short montage with some narration would've been enough.
I do hope they explain what exactly happened in our universe a bit more because it didn't entirely make sense to me. This is the series of events they gave us: Tun was mad at Tess, then they switched universes. They somehow found each other and Tess quit Talay's colorist job to become Tun/Puen's manager but they had some kind of fallout and Tess quit again. Then some months later Tun dreams and gets back which means he found his portkey, and based on his reaction he's sure it's Tess. He was also happy to see him while Tess seemed pretty neutral towards Tun showing up at his door. There's a high chance they won't explain this but right now Tess and Tun's entire relationship is still sort of a mystery to me, there's just some pieces missing.
Talay knows that Tess and Tun found each other and he also knows that he's been Puen's manager for some time, so obviously Puen's number would be in his phone? Then again this is the same guy who waited for a whole month at the same spot for the tide to lower so I don't know what I expected. Puen is clearly the smart one in this relationship, he wrote his name in the sand since he didn't get to tell Talay, he memorised a whole song after only listening to it once and he remembered that phone numbers are a thing. That man is an actual genius.
The scene with Talay and his mom was similar to the one with Puen and Tun's parents; it's a good scene on it's own but it just doesn't really hit because a) we've never seen Talay's mom before and b) he never expressed that he misses her or that he's close to her in any way.
I liked that we got to see the real Tess for once because so far we'd never actually seen him except for when he got beaten to death at the club.
It's nice that they finally remembered their plot but there were still a lot of unnecessary scenes just to fill up the episode, we didn't need that whole drama about Talay being jealous (again) and thinking that Puen's too famous for him.
This could've been 6 episodes. Quite literally forgot they are even trying to get home. I really think the plot…
They actually explained the portkey thing in earlier episodes, only one of them needs to find their portkey to switch back. Looks like in this case both pairs are each others portkeys though since Pakorn dreamed as well so I'm not sure what happened
Can't believe they actually got me invested two episodes before it ends. I really hope they remake this one day because it definitely could've been one of GMM's best dramas but there's just so much wasted potential
Ohm and Nanon said nothing about not doing BL again, I don't know where you got that from
I think a lot of people misinterpreted what Ohm said, he wants to try other things because he's been doing BL for so long but he never said he won't do BL again. Nanon is open for anything as long as he finds it interesting and he never excluded BL from that, it's one of the reasons (besides working with Ohm and P'Aof) he decided to do Bad Buddy in the first place
Nah it looked too unintentional to be intentional, it was probably an issue with the video file
I'm pretty sure they would've done a proper glitch effect if that was the case, not one that makes you pause and check if there's a problem with your PC. I've edited a bunch of videos for group projects before and sometimes you just get random glitches after rendering, they were both in part 4/4 iirc so it was probably that
They fixed the glitches in the almost-kiss and kiss scenes on YT but why?? I thought it was intentional? https://youtu.be/rQzMRBvM_4M?t=210https://youtu.be/rQzMRBvM_4M?t=830

At this point I have a sort of love hate relationship with this series! Sometimes things happen in the series…
The Eclipse apparently only has one sponsor (some kind of juice) and I still have no idea why. They only advertise that one product at the beginning of part 2/4 of each episode while none of the other parts have ads and even the end credits show no other sponsors, not even Oishi. I haven't started watching it yet but I thought this was weird so I had to check, I'm really curious what happened there
I actually liked the advertisements in Bad Buddy, they were cute and fit pretty well into the story. I know they improvised a lot and it was filmed way earlier than it was aired so they definitely didn't have that policy yet. I admittedly haven't seen any GMM series since F4 Thailand and Not Me but people were saying that they've been doing this since F4 Thailand (but it still wasn't nearly this bad). GMM should just focus on their good directors and screenwriters and maybe consider getting some new ones, because it's no wonder they're losing money when they pump out 100 dramas a year but only about 4 of them are actually good
I think a lot of people don't rate ongoing dramas and then there's the binge watchers who will come in once it's finished, the rating usually goes down a bit after that
Really? From what I've heard they've started to let the sponsors write their own scripts for the product placement which is a bad idea if you ask me. It was clearly working before, people never complained that much about the product placement because the directors and actors more or less knew what they were doing.
When Talay was singing 'Have I Found' on the way to their vacation I genuinely felt more than in any of the other episodes combined, I've never actually looked up the lyrics before but it's a beautiful song.
I swear KFC is doing some sort of anti advertising where they're making sure that I'll absolutely never want to try KFC in my life
If they've been there for a year shouldn't they feel some kind of identity loss, like they've been living as these other people for so long that they're starting to forget who they really are? That's another thing they could've explored but didn't really touch on.
Tun should've been banned from Tess' dad's company long ago since he snapped at that one employee, I don't know why they still let him anywhere near that place lol
I feel like they're just adding unnecessary plot points now. I'm glad the Pang thing was resolved in one episode but now it looks like there's gonna be another love interest for Talay to make Puen jealous. I also didn't get why there was no kiss at the end when the episode was clearly leading up to it.
This romance is like you're stuck on a merry-go-round in an amusement park but it's nighttime and you can see all the pretty lights everywhere. The plot is like you're watching Harry Potter from the POV of a background character who just studies, hangs out with his friends and barely uses magic while all the exciting stuff happens elsewhere.
At this rate they should be getting back by at least ep 9 because I have no idea how else they're gonna fill out 4 more episodes (assuming they'll get back at the end of ep 11)
