the foreshadowing in ep 5 where xiaohou dan was able to read the qiang language yet yu wanwin was not able to... it's because he transmigrated a decade earlier..... THAT WAS VERY CLEVER AND SMART FORESHADOWING OMGGGGG!

the fight scenes are poorly choreograph goshhhh..... but other than that, quite a good first episode

the kdrama that made me obsessed with asian dramas..... so good!

will the revision of some of the original materials could potentially hurt the adaptation? I don't want this to be butchered and truly want the drama to be really good.

lemme not jinx it, but I feel like we're at this moment in time where xu kai just seems to be uncancellable knowing that no matter how hard they try to bring him down and start making up false shit, rumours and scandals; the general public won't be swayed by it easily and they'll be more cautious of such rumours and begins to question the validity of the said "sources" and will not fall for it anymore?

this did good in mainland china for anyone wondering.... high viewership count, top 5 of the year in china and did great ratings wise. And is scored quite high in douban (chinese site counterpart of imdb or/and mydramalist)

neo chaouyue spreading false information about glory reaching 6000 heat index as mango tv don't have heat indexes of such sort and glory is not available in iqiyi chinese region. even checked glory's weibo account and they didn't post any heat index celebratory announcement, just take the L neo chaouyue and stop spreading misinformation!

this is really good, I hate that these kinds of dramas are flying under the radar internationally.... good thing this is doing quite well on mainland china at least
