I have just watched the latest episodes I think there is a plot behind her "stupidity" I am mind blown. I was so ready to criticized. But have to wait for further plot development to confirm...

I felt like Ding Yunqi is almost convinced of this during his chat with Ms.Cui when she asked him why he didn't leave Shanghai to search for his father. The dragon bone is what kept him in Shanghai because it was with Luo Yunsong and that only make his suspicion stronger which make sense of the order of the scene where from scene with wushuang who is so innocent about the purposed of the dragon bone and then ms.cui scene and then with master zhou

this whole time they all hunting and antagonizing each other because of the dragon bone which is a sacred to ding family. and the way it fell into luo yunsong hand is felt so stupid that i felt it was a weak script writing but recent confrontation between ding yunqi and master zhou is where finally it was being addressed. Ding Yunqi himself knows how can such sacred things fell easily into the hand of enemy unless it was deliberately set up for it to happened... and there are two parties involved in this which is master zhou and luo yunsong. so he already clarified with luo yunsong his intention for keeping that dragon bone from ding yunqi that is to find ding yuanshan and subsequently keep ding yunqi close because he is the only last connection to ding yuanshan. so ding yunqi suspician is that that dragon bone was deliberately lost by master zhou through wu shuang so that he can keep ding yunqi close, the question is for what reason

hence when ding yunqi purposedly asked master zhou why he isn't worried that wu shuang is opening the small kunlun with all the dangers he knows coming for her and why not take her out of shanghai for her safety but master zhou answer only convince ding yunqi of his suspicion when he refused to leave shanghai hence ding yunqi did not need to confront any further and said this words

"Eventhough you eat wanton and I had noodles, but to the outsider we still sit at the same table"

Episode 11 is so good and shows that this drama actually has excellent scriptwriting.
The dragon bone part felt so stupid at first but recent development shows that the plot evolved in such excellent reasoning.

My understanding of the scenes that clarified the dragon bone issue:

Oh I guess you missed when people calling Zhou Dongyu ugly they also called Xu kai is fat but you still think who trash talk ZDY is xu kai's fans right? Or after finding out on sword and fairy page that it wasn't xu kai's fans who said that about esther you still think it was xu kai's fans who talk trash about elaine. I guess you do have free time to think badly every single time.

You don't have to reply. Take a word of advice just watch the drama and stop making assumptions maybe you feel less tendency to feel dramatic that everyone is out to get you.

Almost the whole China hated called Zhou Dongyu ugly and Xu Kai is fat during ALP airing but I guess you close your ears on which one you want to hear because you just decided that only Zhou Dongyu was being attacked and not Xu Kai because you feel good about the thought "hah I was right! His fans are toxic!" then you claimed you can't differentiate between fans are passerby.

Who forced you to say he is perfect and being all dramatic. Criticized him all you want, you have the right but what you are doing is generalizing a group of people based on your own bias thoughts.

Fyi she's on all xu kai's drama page despite hating his acting but somehow I'm the keyboard warrior.

True that, she was sheltered and I don't feel like she is annoying not as much as some other dramas did with FL. Although the drama did her dirty with the random "weak" scenes where its unreasonable that she put herself in that situation considering she is very strong. But fortunately her character got better after that.

I don't like that part at all. She is strong and one of the promisng disciple of her sects how could she just let herself be fooled like that

Depends I guess some people like more action and less talking, starting episode 7 some people might get bored while for me I like a good dialogue that unraveled the plot bits by bits and then leading up to more intense scenes, its more exciting to me.

That's great. Too bad I wasn't sold. Maybe after the whole drama is out I might have a different perspective for the first 6 episodes.

Oh no wonder she generalized everyone who said good things about him as his fans and subsequently "his fanbase" who always trash talk his fls. Makes you wonder that she don't like Xu kai's acting but still went to his drama pages to trash talk him and then deleted her message. If I don't like someone's acting I just move on. She even went to unaired drama pages.

What attack when pointing out one's attitude to generalized everyone?It's not just her, I've seen this attitude from chinese drama fans everywhere, hyping up the "acting educated" artists and "he's handsome so he has big fanbase" as the reason for the "educated artists" being bash ignoring the fact that those acts was done by visual oriented drama watcher.

Lol you even said it yourself, I didn't said you look down on people for liking good lookinh people, intead that is the exact problem I pointed out. You think he only has fanbase because he is good looking and his fanbase trash talk his fls. All these "assumptions" is what caught my eye. Because you generalized a whole herd. Also the fact that you keep repeating the word "educated" trash his acting no problem, he is surely not the perfect actor but judging people who like him as "irony" thats a problem.

Don't bother, she is a fan of "educated" actresses only and look down on any "idol" actors. She has a better judgement of good acting by default because of that.

Its your holier than thou attitude that caught my eyes. Being a fan of "educated" actress is better and wiser person than being a fan of an "uneducated actor" is it?

Trying to cleanse this comments section of immature people trash talk and shading the actors/actress, It's better to talk about the plot..

The 1-6 episodes is such a random put together scene and based on what I read after what happened with Li Xian's drama, this drama had to replace that drama and some of the elements in this drama is considered potential scandalous to be axe by their censorship board so they had to delete whatever in front and replace with that. I'm not a fan of it but after watching 7-10 episodes finally the plot is in place and with good flow.

Without much spoiler, Luo Yunsong and Ding Yunqi multiple confrontation is satisfying to watch. The script rationalized well how their interaction evolved. Their assumption of each other and the slowly unfolding "trust" of each other is not easy to display but the script and the actors made it engaging to follow their development with not much action needed.

The development of plot from the moment Ding Yunqi discovering peculiar details about the tomb and where it leads to as the problem got bigger and bigger is well string together.

Although I wished they made Wu Shuang character stick to her stronger role, I feel like to create sweet moments they forgot that she is actually THE promising disciple of her sect. But perhaps this character start up will give more impact in the later plot we'll see.

So far I'm glad they turnaround to good plot flow starting episode 7 onwards although there are hints set up in episode 1-6 but the editing is too random and jarring.

Hope to see the same quality for the 2 new update episodes today.

Whats with the generalization of whoever trash talk the fl is automatically his fans? And then proceed to assumed the "irony" that "his acting is not good so his fans has the nerve" to criticize her acting who is actually *educated*.

You don't like his acting fine everyone likes different thing but I don't understand this hollier than thou attitude that "seasoned" chinese drama fans that I always see where they had to look down on "idol" actors in comparison to "educated" actors/actress. I mean is this "acting education" is the assurance that the artists are excellent so whoever a fan of these stars are considered has better judgement of acting than the fans who is a fan of these "uneducated" idol actors who somehow gained fans just because of "his face" nothing to do with his acting because these kind of fans is stupid and vain compared to the fans of the holier than though "educated" artists is that what you mean?

Criticized those vain fans who trash talk them all you want I agree with you on that, but generalized a whole herd of being "ironic" for liking an actors based on their acting preference makes no different level between you and them.

I forgot your educated higher-than-other-people-self would consider this as "his fans killing you" for stating "an unbias" opinion.
