Love Next Door and Something in the Rain have a similar slow-burn romance and a very grounded, realistic feeling. Both focus on two people who already have a connection from the past and slowly realize that their feelings for each other are deeper than they thought. Family expectations, career struggles and the fear of changing a long-standing relationship also play a big role, making the romance feel more mature than a typical rom-com. Both dramas also have that warm, everyday-life atmosphere where small conversations, quiet moments and simply being around each other become more important than dramatic romantic scenes. The biggest difference is that Love Next Door is more playful and comedic, while Something in the Rain is much more emotional and serious.

Love Next Door and One Spring Night both have that slow-burn, mature romance where the relationship develops naturally instead of everything happening at once. In both dramas, the leads already have some kind of connection before their feelings become romantic, and they have to deal with family expectations, career and personal struggles along the way. I also like how both focus on ordinary moments and conversations, making the romance feel more realistic and intimate. The female leads are also figuring out what they actually want from life rather than simply following what their families expect. The biggest difference is that Love Next Door is much lighter and funnier, while One Spring Night has a quieter and more serious tone.

Cinderella at 2 AM and Dreaming of a Freaking Fairytale have a very similar modern fairytale vibe, especially with their romance between a strong, realistic female lead and a wealthy male lead who seems cold or difficult at first. Both dramas play with the idea of a Cinderella story but give it a more realistic and funny twist, with the female leads not simply waiting to be saved. They also have lots of playful chemistry, misunderstandings, family issues and characters who slowly become softer because of love. The biggest similarity for me is that both feel like light, fluffy romances with a fairytale concept but still show the characters dealing with real-life problems and their own ideas about love and happiness.

The Rain in España and Nevertheless have a very similar mature and complicated romance vibe, especially because both focus on attraction that slowly turns into something more emotionally complicated. In both dramas, the leads have strong chemistry but aren't always good at expressing what they actually feel, which leads to misunderstandings, mixed signals and moments of emotional confusion. Both also explore the messy side of relationships rather than showing love as something completely perfect, with characters dealing with their own fears, insecurities and past experiences. The biggest similarity for me is the intense chemistry and the feeling that even when the characters know they might get hurt, they still can't completely stay away from each other.

Both dramas start with the main character waking up from a coma with amnesia.
The two main leads can't remember who they were, their family members or where they lived.
There is a mystery behind both characters, and we know as much as the character does, so the story will reveal itself as the episodes go by.

Aside from having some of the actors from The Penthouse, the story also started with highschool students bullying and harassing the main character. Both series show a parent's love.

Very similar to Goblin in my opinion. There's a lot of "borrowed" narratives and ideas from goblin.
