Nothing similar in terms of the story. But, if you like Ding Yu Xi's acting, you can watch him in Moonlight where you can see him in more comedic roles. His character is similar in terms of the devotion towards the female lead and his earnest side in pursuing the right thing. Here, he's paired with Esther Yu Shu Xin who's a good actress as well. So, Moonlight is a combination of Ding Yu Xi and Yu Shu Xin and good storyline.

Both dramas include male leads who have become cyborgs due to fatal injuries and their love stories with the female lead where they find out later that their love interest is part robot.
