Both dramas center around characters with mental illnesses, undergoing professional treatment and personal care. The characters fall in love, wrestle with guilt, and mend strained relationships with family members. Although the specific disorders are very different, the dynamic between the ML and FL of "We're Not Trash" very much resembles the dynamic between the second couple of "It's Okay, That's Love."

Both of these dramas center around a male lead with a lot of childhood trauma centered around abuse and the death of his step/father. Originally presented as cold and uncaring, it is revealed that he is extremely selfless, taking on the blame and guilt from the deeds of his family.

Both are gore filled action movies, with suspense and twists. There is something going on in the background of the story in both, that suddenly makes its way into the main plot, and leaves with a lot of gore.

Both have the same ML, Kim Kang Woo, (great actor who does not hesitate to appear naive, boorish or even ridiculous... but who is super handsome in any case :)

Two of the best historical dramas, the acting was brilliant and the story is kinda simple in New Life Begins compared to Love like the galaxy but still it has the same impact on me because both dramas were not mainly focused on the ml and fl but showed everyone's story and it was hard for me to complete both of them .

Epic story of love, good and evil, mature relationship between couples, no dragging, beautiful actors and good acting.

both dramas have politics, married couples, and past secret aspects. they are different in the storyline but the tension and intensity are the same to each other. Don't know why watching the interview scene reminded me of the drama trolley. both dramas have the same vibe.

Both look at crimes from the perspective of the people who tried to catch the criminals. Both are also based on true stories, while one is a documentary & the other is a drama.

Same vibes if you want a cutesy theme and not that heavy plot, first thing that came to my mind when I watched this was cute programmer where the fl ended up working for the ml's company and she became some sort of help for the ml? I feel like I've encountered the plot somewhere before, these types of plots are evident in the drama world and are def common but I still love em.
