Thriller, investigation, shootouts, fights etc. Some parts of Carter is similar to Hunt. But Hunt is leagues ahead in terms of acting and plot execution.

Narco Saints is also an investigation film. It was intense and thrilling just like Hunt. Definitely a must watch.

Both have university settings, but thankfully both have the bulk of their interactions occur outside of school. Both have mature themes in some areas and have amazing chemistry between the main actors. Love Mechanics has a bit more difficulty in the relationship, but in both shows you can feel beautiful love between the couples.

A business Proposal represent the romance and comedy between the president of a billion dollar company and a normal researcher. Similar senerio is observed in what's wrong with secretary Kim.

Both series involves childhood friends who despite having crushes on different people ends up liking each other. the initially make pact to help each other to succeed in love but ends-up loving each other.

This drama also has the story revolving around brothers. Both of Elder brothers work for law and both of the younger brothers want to solve cases.
This drama also has the past being the reason of the current crime kinda thing.

Both have the main leads being able to feel each other's pain due to the strange circumstances that brought them together.
They give similar feelings when.. the female lead has period crams and the male lead stays in bed (out of pain).. etc.

Both are romantic dramas, which deal with:

Both dramas have a writer FL and a ML who is the villain of her story. Both involve a sort of time travel (FL entering the fictional historical world vs. fictional historical ML entering the real world). Both couples are antagonistic at first.

These shows have similar vibes and depict a strong connection and love between the male lead and feamle that leaves you wanting more. Son Oh Gong (A Korean Odyssey) and Dongfang Qing Cang (Love Between Fairy and Devil) are both badass male leads who are the strongest in their respective world. They can be cold/ nonchalant in their attitudes and are both bond to the female leads which initially is the reason why they can't killl them. Slight spoiler.... Both male leads develop a weakness because of their love for the female lead, but this weakness might just turn out to be a strength, and although the female leads in those shows aren't the most powerful, they are both considered unique in their own way and would do whatever they can to protect their male lead.
