Hiyama Atsuhiro is a car mechanic and an engineer at Spica Racing Factory. Hiyama Naozumi is a troublemaker yet a talented young driver for Spica Racing Factory, who hopes to advance to the World Rally Championship. He is also Atsuhiro's younger brother. The siblings always fight about Naozumi reckless driving and an awful mood begins to drift to the team as well. One day, Hikaru Endo become Naozumi's agent, however, she is clueless about the world of car racing.

In the sixteenth Heisei era Kamen Rider series, which is also the twenty-fifth installment of Kamen Rider franchise, Shinnosuke Tomari, a young detective in Special Investigation Unit of the Metropolitan Police Department fights against the Roidmudes, a race of robots fighting humanity for supremacy lead by Heart and Brain. With the help of his partner/scientist mentor/Transformation belt Krim Steinbelt, Shinnosuke becomes Kamen Rider Drive, A man made hero with the powers of automobiles.

The story revolves around Kira and Rei, two high school students. Kira is an extremely introverted artist, and Rei is an outgoing playboy with a frightening violent side. The two start a friendship and eventually a romance after Rei sees a drawing that Kira drew on the back of a map she gave him. However, both Kira and Rei are hiding troubled pasts, and through their relationship they confront their past demons. Masao, a student at Kira and Rei's school, has a connection to Rei's violent past. He enters Kira and Rei's lives to try to force Rei to return to the person he used to be.

Shirayuki is a female car designer and aspires to create a car like the Nagoya 2000GT which she feels is the best car ever created in Japan. One day, she is assigned to join the automatic driving development team which leaves her in shock and things start to change when she visits the Nagoya Automobile Museum. She meets a 4th generation Brazilian-Japanese Ricardo who wants to steal the 2000GT from the museum. Just then, a mysterious man wearing a white racing suit appears in front of them and turns the entire museum into a fantasy space with his magic that also traps Shirayuki and Ricardo in the museum.

This is the second installment of the A Moment of Romance trilogy, but the plots are unrelated. Celia illegally enters Hong Kong from mainland China and works as a prostitute in order to earn money to save her younger brother from prison. While working for the first time, Celia witnesses the murder of a triad leader and gets framed for the murder. As triad members are chasing her, she is rescued by Frank, a member of a biker gang. Frank came from a wealthy but broken family and always feels depressed. However, he later becomes inspired by Celia's upbeat personality and the two of them fall in love. Celia and Frank encounter obstacles to their love due to their backgrounds.

Aberu (Rei Fujita) kills yakuza Shikijo. Shikijo was cruel to Aberu’s colleagues. Aberu is closer to them than his own family. He visits Daiji (Ryusuke Komakine) who was close to him when he was in the juvenile hall. Daiji now leads the gang Sagami Rengo.

Meanwhile, Shikijo’s younger brother Kyosuke (Akihiro Oguni) looks for Aberu to take revenge for his brother's death.

Drifting is the art of getting cars around corners as quickly as possible through controlled skidding. Mount Akina's tortuous hairpin bends and perilous drops make it a formidable test for even the professional street racers, but the fastest driver of them all is Takumi (Taiwanese pop idol Jay Chou) who has been delivering tofu for his father down that route every night since he was 13. Street-racing gangs hear of a "Racing God" and turn up to challenge him, but he only has eyes for his worthless (and underwritten) girlfriend - until his friends and his alcoholic father can trigger his competitive streak.

To be recognized as the best, the inexperienced street racer Kazuki will need the help of a former champion and his trusted Mazda RX-7 to take on the field in this burner of high-octane Tokyo street races.
