Both are BL romances and have a cute couple which include a shy older person (whom is having a cute little daughter) and a young vibrant person who likes to tidy up his life.
Both dramas have this realistic/slice of life style to it and are both set (mostly) in an office setting. It discusses problems and challenges in people's personal lives, but also cultural aspects of the Korean office life. "I hate going to work" has a bit more humor to it than "Misaeng", but if you like one of them, you'll probably enjoy watching the other as well.
Both are workplace romance between a socially awkward guy and a popular guy! I think both dramas have pretty similiar scenes and interactions between main leads.
Story isn’t that similiar, but these dramas are both very cute and you might enjoy it :)

Both have crime, action and two male leads and no female lead.
Both guys in under the skin are detectives.
Both guys are there for one another in under the skin too.
Not a lot of bromance in under the skin as compared to Killer and healer but still, good enough and the plot is good too.

A rich father(mobster/businessman) has three gay sons! The rest is all different! BOY is sweet and KP is a hot mess!
Both dramas are set in a music and arts school. The students take Zanto and dance lessons. Both dramas show the love developments between students and their relationship with adults.
They’re both historical dramas where the FL’s soul has been swapped. There’s a similar setup where the FL is surrounded by several male characters that grow fond of her, all from royal families.
It’s a bl drama about unnatural things. ………hbbhnybgbgbhnhnhnhnhnhngbgbdgdbhdnhdnshndndhsnhsnshnshsn
The similarity of these two aren't just because they have the same writer, but of it's nature. It doesn't have to be too dramatic, doesn't involve any sexual content yet it gives you the rollercoaster feelings all throughout the following episodes. This slice of life story is very strong that you can relate to it in different ways and could possibly open your eyes even for just a bit of how the real world is. The main characters of the story going through rough times and they stumble upon a person who would understand and help them get through it. It shows the ups and downs of life and how they get by, through the help and support or course of the ones they trusted.
Both shows have characters of soul reapers. These two series both featured love stories that are supernatural.
Mystery. Death. Murder.
Both 'Who's the Murder' and 'The Truth' involve a series of random or interconnected cases in which one or more individuals are murdered. The main cast must investigate the scene, interview suspects and work together to not only solve the case but vote for the murderer. Only the murderer can lie, everyone else must tell the truth when asked. If the murderer is voted correctly then the rest of the cast earn themselves a golden key or small bar of gold. But if the murderer successfully manages to escape suspicion then he or she gets awarded with the prize.
In a game of cat and mouse, no one is who they seem.
Trust no one.
