Office romance comedy focusing on older FL called Anego aka older sister in the office coz she is like a big sister to her coworkers & giving them advice in many things. She takes care of everything in the office & a newbie younger ML who start to work in the company. I don't mind watching younger ML & older FL drama/movie.

This is the korean version of the manga made in 2009, and is one of the most famous, well-recognized and loved kdrama of all times, with its casting and direction. If one hasn't watched this, he hasn't even seen the essence of kdramas.

It is also an adaptation of the same Boys Over Flowers Saga and I must say that it is my favourite.
The acting is superb and the casting as well as the direction. The modern touch and new innovation has definitely made it worth the watch.

Extraordinary!
A fascinating thriller, masterly presented which grabs you from the first moment till the last breath. Well beyond mere entertainment, it’s art.
An astonishing and captivating plot, which surprises even on the cadence by which the story is unfolded.
Bewildering performances by an extraordinary team of actors.
An astonishing opportunity to bring a mature reflection on violence, social fragmentation and death penalty.
A precious moment on the brightness of solidarity, the value of courage and redemption.
It is definitely a must see.

Love script also mixes modern times with ancient times. Furthermore, the main character is also so immersed in the character that he does not accept the modern world as reality.

Both dramas follow an undefined relationship between the FL and a 'playboy' ML who is outwardly affectionate/flirtatious with the FL but has rumours swirling around him. Both FLs have ex-boyfriends who broke their heart. There is a love triangle in both. RT is a much shorter drama.

Different but the same? Both drama are (slow-paced) slice of life stories about people in their thirties geared toward a mature, adult audience with lot of dialogue and little action and only subtle humor in between. Not office focused as FLAW is but both shows focus on a realistic, in-depth look into the definition of love, (romantic) relationships and traditional marriage as a concept in a very thoughtful and eloquent way. It also deals with topics and themes such as sexism and harrassment in the workplace, traditional gender stereotypes and its societal pressure, meddling, dysfunctional families and the generational conflict ensuing from all that etc.

The story focuses on three, very different couples, two side... one main. The romance of the main couple is slow-paced but starts from an unusual place as well, except that it is contractual, loveless marriage here instead of a passionate one-night stand turned into relationship like in FLAW. ML is the one who is cautious and afraid to get hurt again, but all the more to hurt others, introverted, but perceptive of others and logical to a fault. FL is inexperienced in love because she was too focused on work, but she is smart, a little idealistic/chaotic, headstrong and speaks her mind. Main couple also communicates well (for the most part) and deals with their conflicts in a mature, honest way. It depicts their struggle and growth needed to find a common ground for a healthy relationship together in a realistic manner, like in FLAW.

Not that these two shows are super similar but they take place in the same universe.

Although Light On Me first shows up in season 3 of Best Mistake, you need to have seen all the 2 prior seasons, of Best Mistake, to understand most season 3. Because of that, I recommend you start with Best Mistake season 1.

Also both
Takes place in a school
Are about young people finding their identities/themselves

These dramas are very similar in tone with big emotional turning points and lots of sexual tension. They’re settings are similar too with the drama coming from all aspects of their personal and professional environments. Biggest thing is that they have a age-gap romance at their heart where the woman is older than the man.
