Games of death. Alice in Borderland has better games that are more cerebral in nature. It also has a better ending! Squid Game is far simpler but has better acting and story.
Watch Squid Game if you: Want a character study with good performances.
Watch Alice in Borderland if you: Want to try to figure out brain-teasing death games without dying.

Similar competition format. Squid game is much more character-based and gory. Liar game is more of a traditional k-drama but has better games.
Watch Squid Game if you: Want a character study with movie-level production.
Watch Liar Game if you: Want a tropey k-drama based on manipulation.

Because of You has drama, intrigue, and fight scenes similar to Trapped, it is much shorter and includes three separate couples, which does make the show feel rushed, but it's still a fun watch.
Both of these are sweet high school romances, stupid silly boys being stupid silly boys together in a tangle of emotions!
THE MOST SIMILAR drama to Jun Jiu Ling as of 2021.
Story:
- Both start off with a tragedy and hence, the revenge plot
- Both female protagonists plots revenge by living with a different identity (the person who saves them)
Characters:
- Both female protagonists are princesses
- Both female protagonists are smart and witty (Jun Jiu Ling is less of a "damsel in distress")
- Both male protagonists are connected to royalty and protects the female protagonist the whole way through

Plot seems almost identical.
- Man gets lost in the forest.
- 'Marries' girl from forest tribe.
- Tricks her and goes back to city life.
- Wife follows him and after awhile, it's a hea.

Very similar lone girl among a group of handsome guys progressing towards some sort of achievement. Lots of funny situations.
Fast forward to 2020, Suzy has matured as an actress but can still give you fun, quirky romantic lead in an updated story for a new generation of kdramas and kdrama production. Like Dream High, there is competition, friendship, romance, and laughs. You won’t be disappointed!
Os dois tem histórias incríveis, bem diferente dos clichês de engenharia dos bls tailandeses, além de um desenvolvimento romântico muito bom entre os protagonistas.
Both are filled with complex characters, interesting cases using psychology at the forefront to solve them. A great ensemble of cast, I would say that Every Move You Make had more psychology because the male lead is a part of the cop team and it was more episodic compared to "My Dearly Sinful Mind" which had one major case at the forefront.
Very similar feel between the main couple. Both major tear jerkers. Beautiful heartbreaking stories with loveable characters and a couple you want to root for. Just all around gorgeous cinematography and amazing osts. Just go watch them already lol
The actresses were very similar as well as the female leads. Both are very optistic, enduring, and loyal people who fall in love at first sight with an aloof male lead. Both dramas have happy endings. The male leads are similar as well. Extremely intelligent, irritated by the crushes their female leads have on them, and with cold personalities.
