Kaidanshita no Gogh also revolved on how the lead delves into art and aims to pass the prestigious Tokyo University of Art (TUA). While studying art in a prep school, they meet a person who is considered a "genius".

However, I Am Nobody is more focused on main character + more exaggerated special effects, while Moving is focused on various characters + natural-looking skills - if that matters to you.

Both main leads are similar: super-skilled, rebellious doctors. They both have experience as medical doctors in conflict zones and war-torn countries.
