Both these series/films explore the challenges of an intergenerational relationship. Pagbigyang Muli looks at the end and Daddy Love looks at it from the start and development of the relationship.

A mysterious person that takes up the murderous requests of people. In both drama these people accept a bargain, while in Jigoku Shoujo its their soul that ends up in hell, in Imposibility Defense its death if their request is not pure.

Instead of a Holo AI the heroine ends up with a high-tech robot, which looks perfectly human, that is supposed to help lonely people pose as their boyfriend. Robot as well as AI help the heroine at work and learn about humans.

I thought of Flourish in Time while watching Summer again. Theres some similar vibes. Not just high school setting. The use of flashback when ML and FL leads were kids and FL is fiercely protective of ML.. and the kids version are real cute. FL is her most honest version with ML. Then theres d deskmates. FL became bestie with her deskmate. Friendship. School mates. First love.

- ML falls for FL first
- Second couple vibe/interaction is very alike (except SFL is more clumsy in YASS and SFL is more like a queen in UL)
- ML is public figure (Weibo gossips about him)
- FL is relatively new to her job but is still good at it

- Contract marriage due personal family reasons (the CEO lead picked the other)
- Super cute kid involved (except UL has kid throughout entire drama)
- FL is smart and unbothered by those who try to fight her
- One of the leads is a CEO, other is a doctor
- Grow to love each other (even the CEO lead doesn't fully like the other before contract marriage)

Similar vibes but in Og My Drama Lover FL is a character in her own written story whereas Meet by Window FL is a character in someone else's story (and able to come and go)

I find both movies VERY similar in terms of theme. They both involve the FLs traveling to another universe which happens to be inside of a book.

Both of these are well done real-life adaptations of a BL manga that deals with serious topics. They are tear-jerkers, but are definitely worth watching!

Both fantasy dramas and both have Lee DongWook in. These dramas almost make you forget that beings such as nine tailed foxes and goblin are nothing more than stories.

Both tragic and intense love stories between Gods who are reincarnated and fall in love yet again. Both are melodramatic tales with an insight on what good and evil means, and that question how far a person (or a god) would go for the one they love.

Serial killers galore. Bishoku Tantei Akechi Goro is more of a dark comedy with lots of violence and blood combined with a quirky sense of humor, whereas Aku no Hado is pretty much just nail-bitingly intense. I like both of them for what they add to the genre, but for different reasons.

Both are crime dramas with a focus on psychology and motive. Aku no Hado gets the viewer inside the head of a serial killer while Strawberry Night Saga is from the perspective of a victim turned detective.

Both are crime dramas with the same male lead, although Kamenashi has more to do in Red Eyes, but the premise for Strawberry Night Saga is probably a little deeper overall. Both are decent additions to the crime genre.

Go in for a fast - paced, dramatic, humorous(Japanese humour) ride if you want sth short and sweet to binge watch
