Both are a romantic comedy about an arrogant boss in denial of his feelings for his worker. Both have these bosses face the reality of her wanting to have a life and to date other men and both have a childhood connection between the ML and FL.

Both dramas are rom-coms, and both have an outgoing female lead who initially gives the main lead a bad impression.
Unpopular opinion, but I think the Undateables is actually a better drama overall.

Both series are Kamen Rider series that have Takuro Fukuda as the head screenwriter.

In both series, there is an other-dimensional world, which creates situation in which the heroes are needed. At some point, there is also a race/purpose to gathering the henshin items (eyecons and ridebooks/seikens).

There is a crossover series between the two series.

Both is a modern romance with older woman and a younger male. Both shows tackle societie's views on older (30+) single women, and the pressures they face in finding love. Whether they should choose between older man (who is more widely accepted) or follow their heart.

The best of you in your mind and skate into love, both dramas portrays the story of childhood friends and how they fall into love. Both dramas are sports related too.

This drama reminds of me the Chinese drama titled My Heroic Husband because it is also full of cliches about double standards and misogyny (e.g. the academy of male virtuousness), but the cliches are not as obviously presented like it is in this drama.
