It’s been a while since I’ve seen Legend of Yunxi, but overall, it was very similar to Dr. Cutie
- Although the plots are different, they focus on similar things.
- Female Dr. saves male lead
- both live in the same place (They’re married in LOY, but she’s undercover as the male leads’ Dr in Dr. Cutie)
- Both dislike each other in the beginning
- Similar love triangles and second male leads
Even though LOY is better in my opinion, Dr. Cutie has a better ending :) if you enjoyed any of these shows, you’ll love the other. They’re very similar.

same director and the story was continuing from the 2017 version. but you don't have to watch the first one, you still can enjoy the second one.
both movies are about the female lead having an illness and spending their remaining time with the male lead. both male leads are the same as well
The similarity between these two drama are both of them very inspiring and warm hearted! Both of drama also have taught me about reality of life, did not easily give up and motivate me to move forward even though our life is hard.
The main character interaction also kinda gave a similar vibe where the male and female lead try to understand and heal each other. And the main character also has a huge age gap but it doesn't matter as their relationship will naturally develop :)
If u guys love Itaewon Class, u will definitely love My mister :)

Both dramas have very similar tones - not serious, but not overly comedic either. The stories *are* completely different, but the romances are both equally sweet. Her Private Life is a more mature watch though (the hottness and sexiness level is higher in HPL ;D). Both are fun dramas about unlikely, but adorable romances.
Both dramas have fluffy romances with no huge, larger-than-you, villain/antagonist. The romances in both dramas are sweet and innocent. Both leave you feeling happy and optimistic.
The dreariness of them both are similar and in each, unusual relationships form. Moonless Dawn is much darker though as it deals with mental health and a grim reality where a group of people find solace in each other.
Both are about Ghost.
SPOILER: there is a reference to Oh My Ghostess? in Hi Bye, Mama! so they are from the same world

The stories are very different but the way the story is executed cinematically actually feels similar and they both uses the nuances of dark comedy pretty well. Both are great movies and contain some of the most graphic gore scenes in a movie anywhere.
Both story start with change of bride. The story is very family oriented and give a warm feeling. The female lead won the family affection and become the husband strength. Both couple have a loving relationship
Both movies center around Japanese tea ceremony rituals.
They are quiet and slow-paced just like "the way of tea" dictates, and their stories are character-centered. They both have elegant cinematography magnificent scenery, filming settings and costumes.
Soothing, comforting, with natural, subdued and refined performances from both late Kiki Kirin and Kuroki Haru in "Every Day A Good Day", as well as from Nakatani Miki in "Rikyu ni Tazuneyo", these movies are an exquisitely calming and unique experience!

One of the main characters has autism and the disability shows that the character has something special about them which changes the other main character. They are both stories where the people are trying to communicate with someone with autism.
Both female leads have medical illnesses, Both male leads are handsome. both dramas are sad/emotiona/good the only difference is the female lead in lavender dies from her illness, and the female lead in Love, Now survived from her illness.
