Both of this kdrama are of Family genre. Though Dear My Friends is more focused on friendship, while My Unfamiliar Family is more focused family. But they have similar vibes and you wil obviously enjoy the same.

Blackpink light up the sky is a documentary of Blackpink that collaborated with netflix. Both are Blackpink movies.

Both involve underground fights. Both men were kind hearted. Fights for money. Loving and gentle inside. Beautifully film

I am a huge fan of this genre but by far these 2 dramas are the most similar. Starts off with a naive/rookie spy agent that gains life experience through many missions and there are themes of political struggle, really smart characters, action, etc. but there is more romance, comedy and friendship in "Fearless Whispers". Both are some of the best dramas I've seen, I recommend them. (Also the actors in both dramas are 11/10)

Female leads undergoes huge surgery to change their looks from head to toe. Goes back home and becomes a famous model/singer but yet fears for the day their secret will get expose

Based on webtoons, both dramas have complex characters with a deeper meaning, layered, revealing a different side each time and it makes the plot even more interesting. The stories are based on university, friendships, relationships, hardship, and simply about life.

Similar storylines. Estranged mother and wealthy heir to a food company. Villains are around the same age range.

Well Well, there a lot of common points between these two dramas, the first is the support of each male lead to female lead , and the big support also of female lead to the male lead, wherever in the family matters or professional career matter , and we can say that both male lead let their wives which both were by arranged marriage to work and the show their face to public ( which was something unusual back then, and the society criticize the wives who work outside and they should only have to take responsibilities of their husband's house) and I really loved this fact : the husband support wife's career.
