Bang Ja Chronicles is actually adapted version of the folktale with a twist in the tale where Chunhyang fell in love with the Servant Bang Ja instead of his master.

Awkward male lead who tries various tactics to win the female lead's heart. Similar awkward leads, very comedy centric & romantic (in an adorable way)

The Servant(2010) is basically the movie from which this show is adapted. If you liked watching this series or wanted to watch this series Bang Ja Chronicles but could not find subs, you can try watching the movie version.

Both are wuxia with mystery and awesome action. Both have good CGI. ML rise from young age to become powerful cultivators, starting from being extremely weak. Cultivation school life also covered a bit like BTTH, ML is a prodigy in school. Both have powerful and kind masters. Good master-student relationship. Both ML are righteous and upholds the ideals, they both have precious secrets about them. Both have a big revenge to take . Strong and beautiful female leads too.
Sword dynasty also has good romance. In all, it is nice to watch.

Break/Depravity is similar to A Frozen Flower in that it explores gay love set in a historical time period.

Though the plot is different it has similar vibes when it comes to personal growth and giving up one's dream/career as a sportsman and moving on in life. Both dramas also adress the problem of bullying.

Both follow three millenial couples trying to sort out adulthood. Because This is My First Life, however, is 1000% + better. Actually has points and themes to be made regarding gender expectations, ambitions, and finding purpose in life and the value of life long friends in uncertain times.
