One great difference between the leads of both shows is that in The School Nurse Files the leads are more friends overall and even though compassion is shown for each other, it isn't elaborated on. Whereas in Abyss the two leads do end up in a relationship.

In both movies the main leads switches bodies with each other through a car accident, except in Reon the man's body is in a coma throughout most of the movie

In total the World of Married has a more coherent story and better endings

They have a high position in big companies and get involved in dark intrigues and secrets. But despite that, they manage to stay warm-hearted, and they care a lot for the people they love.
The female leads have similar personalities; both are optimistic and cheerful, but both experienced tragic events in the past. They help male leads to become stronger and to overcome their mental problems.

both are korean made bl series. both have fantastic plotlines and will attract the same crowd and the same crowd will find similar genre

Both are from the chaebol community. Both dramas have a similar genre: family drama, crime, mystery, and a bit of romance.
But in Graceful family, the daughter in law was the one murdered.
