The vibe is similar in both dramas as both main guys are looking for answers to the past.
I'm seeing a lot of parallels between The K2 and Man to Man. Ex-military, bodyguard living under a fake name, agent k, overseas filming, corrupt politician, action, etc.
The plots are different, and Man to Man seems to be more comedy based, but the similarities are obviously there.

Same vibes, fantasy drama that leaves you hanging. Goblin is a lot better but CT does a good job at stepping outside the box too.
Both dramas are historical, filled with comedy, romance and royal family matters. The female leads in both of these series are very similar in my view, also caught up in a love triangle with two men + the hidden king motif.
A medical drama that also stars Bai Bai He. I got the deja vu feeling when I learnt Bai Bai He was going to act in Surgeons. I can't remember if I finished Grow Up, but from what I can remember I think it was at the very least decent. Not much similarities in term of plot except for its setting, but most medical dramas are just romance stories coated with the background of this occupation anyway.
You may like it if you are more into Chinese dramas. This one should have more parallels with Surgeons compared to other recommendations really.

Very similar themes, strong female/male lead with somewhat pervy tendencies. Young cute actors who know how to hold the suspense. So cute in my opinion!!!
Both protagonists are doctors that are not very well liked but are exceptional at what they do. They inspire and change those that are around them
I'd also recommend SOTUS because all three of these series share some of the same actors, are well written, and have BL too, if that's what you're looking for.
Both are office dramas and both revolve around temporary employees and their struggles. Incomplete life is more serious and it was done better (it has some philosophical reasoning related to Baduk(Go)), still both of them are really enjoyable. Actually, Incomplete Life has almost a perfect story so if you liked Radiant Office, you'll surely like this one.
Both are better at the supernatural school themed plot - in their own case - then one can imagine.
School themed supernatural plots, "Whispering Corridors 3" is the most light from the franchise and is a good match to Nightmare Teacher.
Both are supernatural, mystery, and school themed. With different main plot, but very alike in many other ways.
1.both the female leads are sick
2.both female leads are strong and smart
3. both dramas are going to make you cry but at the same time will even it out with laughter.

Both are about children who witness the cruel death of people they love, and who promise to avenge them once they grow up.
