(Kamen Rider Kuuga) Theme is Dark, it shows Kuuga evolving into a Rider and Ultimately didn't become what he was supposed to become and went on a journey to recover his smile. which is sad because he was such a happy go luck guy.

(Kamen Rider Ryuki)If you are looking for a Dark Drama with Mature Theme and you like to sob your little fangirl or fanboy hearts out, then this is for you my friends! I like it because it shows us all the dark side to us all with wanted to have a chance to fulfill a wish for a loved one or what have all the while you are fighting others and your inner self for the Final Wish at the end on that long and hard journey. The Finale will clearly satisfy those that truly love and stuck through the whole series! I liked it eventhough I shed some tears in the latter episodes.

Both shows are about a detective who sees ghosts of the victims. The ghosts help in the investigations. In both shows the mood is a bit on a dark side.
The main difference pretty much is that BORDER is a Japanese show while Ghost-Seeing Detective Cheo Yong is a Korean one... with all the usual consequences. Also, the ending [which I am not going to spoil here] is not really similar. Otherwise, pretty decent ghost detective stories, both of them.

It is always best to see how it all started! This was my first Japanese drama and I loved it! It was really cute and adorable. Also it is awesome to marathon when the second season is done...

They both have the theme of an older woman and a younger man. They both have the similar setting of a forbidden love as they have a student-teacher relationship. They both have the same feel to them although Majo no Jouken is a bit more brighter drama while Secret Love Affair is darker one.
