I agree with others in that both have the same overall feeling. They have dark and desperate feelings and concepts to them. I think both of these dramas do something that others don't: they show and don't tell. What i mean by that is that they don't have to verbally explain everything, you get a lot of information by the settings, the acting, the silence, etc. Both dramas have deep and complex stories,characters, and feelings that are presented in beautiful ways.

Both dramas offer a glimpse into the legal world from the point of view of inexperienced judges with a particular sense of justice.
