Both are about childhood friends turned lovers but that about where the similaries end, thankfully. If i didnt enjoy Tonhon Chonlatee because of the script i highly recommend this one!
Lovely Writer is a great example on how to do BL dramas RIGHT and shows you how awful certain BL's and the industry are while still being a lighthearted cute drama

The exchanging part is quite similar to this drama ' she is the one' . But in that drama the elder sister had an accident that's why they younger one changed her identity into her elder sister to help her. I haven't watched this yet so i won't comment abt this drama. I hope this review may help you.
