Serizawa finds Suzuki´s bl novel based off of him and begs him to let him read it while simultaniously swearing to become the best seme.

While I´m writing this, Popular Serizawa is still airing but i had to mention it because the vibe is very similiar and I love both of them so much.
(P.S. "After moving seats, the boy behind me has a crush on me" also has a similar vibe and setting and is also definitely worth checking out if you liked those two.)

Searching for the "resolves" for the already disembodied souls that are still "stuck in the in-between world".

They share the same investigative plot while being first responders to a crime.
The Voice is centered on a crime investigative plot with emergency response being the foothold of its activities. The ML is dogged, stubborn but not clouded by his judgements (atleast for too long) while the FL has special abilities that makes her working as a first responder effective.
The same goes with THE FIRST RESPONDERS, though I must say the camaraderie and chemistry between the leads is more notable here than in the Voice.
All the same, they are both delightful drama series that a crime genre lover will love.

Joy of Life (???) is another perfect match, masterfully blending a male-centric transmigration premise with sharp comedy and high-stakes political warfare. Much like the leads in Pull Strings and The Guardians of Dafeng, Zhang Ruoyun’s Fan Xian is a modern man reborn into an ancient, dangerous fantasy world who initially wants nothing more than a peaceful, quiet life. However, his genius intellect, modern perspective, and hidden background force him to become an accidental mastermind, constantly thinking ten steps ahead to outmaneuver corrupt factions and deadly secret agencies. The drama thrives on this exact balance of brilliant, puppet-master strategy and witty, genre-subverting humor.

Pull Strings (?????) and The Guardians of Dafeng (?????) are both high-energy, comedic fantasy dramas adapted from massive web novels about modern men transmigrating into dangerous ancient worlds. Both series abandon standard romance tropes in favor of witty survival, pitting highly intelligent, genre-savvy underdogs against massive political and magical conspiracies. While Dylan Wang’s proactive constable in Dafeng uses modern forensics and bold charm to solve crimes, Ao Ruipeng’s hyper-cautious cultivator in Pull Strings thrives on absolute secrecy and hiding his true power—making both shows a perfect match for fans who love brilliant masterminds, sharp comedy, and high-stakes world-building.

Even though the storylines are mostly different, The Eyes reminded me a lot of Strangers from Hell, especially because both main characters slowly start losing their minds due to stalking and unsettling events. Towards the end of the movie, the cinematography also feels quite similar to Strangers form Hell, and some of the characters even look a bit alike.

Both dramas has the same goal of removing the stigmas about sex. HTS has more explicit sex scenes while S&X explored more on traumas relating to sex including the ML.a

strong male-male chemistry, romantic tension, physical closeness, and a relationship that develops from an initially complicated dynamic

Sunshine of My Life and Dine with Love are both modern Chinese romantic dramas that share a similar workplace setting, a grumpy- boss-meets-sunshine-employee dynamic, and a sweet, low-angst love story centered around a professional career

Both titles have a sex therapist as the main character, in which they themselves are struggling with sex in deffirent ways.

-Psychological undertones (idk how to explain it)

- Both dramas include romance as one of the main focuses

- Burnout Syndrome is a Thailand Drama and S&X is a Japanaese Drama
- Burnout Syndrome has a BL couple and S&X has a straught couple
- S&X is more provocative, while Burnout Syndrome is more pschyological
- S&X Iis adapted from a manga and Burnout Syndrome is adapted from a novel
