Time travel n not mentioned this masterpiece would be a sin. An unrequited love that ended as a tragedy and recieved another chance to fix their fate with good acting, direction, story telling and a unique approach where the person who is supposed to be saved time travels and fate making him meet the guy who loved him all those years??
Recommending this cz both dramas give similar vibes minus the toxicity. We have a power bottom in both and kinda manipulative tops. Both leads have unique characters not following the traditional Bl dynamics
-LGBTQ+ series
-BL drama
-Student gong/mafia shou
-Mafia seeks shelter at student's home to save himself from the rival gang
-Agegap between the main leads
-Younger seme/Older uke

the time travelling story to save the other male lead is kinda same, the plot seems similar although there are many changes, but those similarities can sure be enough to add it to recommendations
They're both terrible with no real plot, bad acting, and no real chemistry. They both use physical contact to try to make up for a lack of storyline.
-male lead characters are played by the same actor
-female lead has a phase of being gloomy despite being a cheerful person initially due to the past events which haunt her.
-male lead becomes the female lead’s pillar of strength during her dark times despite having his own worries/trauma to deal with.
-male lead has a cheerful, bubbly side though life hasn’t been easy for him.
-male lead lacks full family support when he decides to pursue the career he truly loves.
-team setting (one is office based while the other is sports based)

Nice romance, a supportive husband, a cunning and evil step mom, but a really strong and smart and patient female lead that achieves her goals seamlessly
- Both romances follow an enemies/allies?to?lovers trajectory.
- Both dramas have leads with strong, slow?building chemistry, the dynamic in both pairs mixes respect, rivalry, and partnership.
- Each features a physically powerful general as the ML.
- Powerful FLs driven by revenge and survival (Fated heart FL a bit more fate, trauma, and political circumstances)
- The leads in both dramas are intelligent, cunning, and ruthless when necessary.
- The sweeping landscapes and atmospheric cinematography in both dramas create the same epic, romantic tone, and they make the leads’ chemistry feel even more powerful.
- You’ll find similar tones: war, political intrigue, strategy, action, violence, and shifting alliances.

Both Pursuit of Jade and Back from the Brink starts with a male lead and female lead who were just minding their own business until they finally meet.
A secretly powerful male lead who’s injured. A strong female lead who turns out to be someone crucial and important to them and the story. A love that looms after spending time together, which starts unintentionally.
Cinematography wise, Back from the Brink is far from Pursuit of Jade’s beauty but premise wise, there are some similarities.

The most prominent similarity between these two dramas is the cinematography. The camera angles, framing, blocking, color grading, visual effects, lighting, all so strikingly beautiful and well-done! The details are something to appreciate.
Aside from cinematography, they do have similarities with the mood, although not much. They both also feature strong female leads who has a secret identity.

If you want a similar Korean drama to Pursuit of Jade then I recommend The King in Love.
Both dramas have female leads that are good at martial arts but enjoy a life of freedom of their own. They’re both secretly daughters of important people but assume another identity for safety. The male leads also assumes secret identities. The character list is also full of visuals!
