For me, it's a similar type of humor in these two series. In addition, the comedian effects used are the same (the elements of animation, as in fairy tales); these are the series that we can love or hate, we have a bit of exaggeration in the creation of heroes and, indeed, in the acting. But it's style of these dramas, not lack of actors' skills.
The feel and vibe of both dramas are pretty similar.
Kaneki is a normal, rather introverted university student who suddenly changes into a half-ghoul. Him, just like Hyunsu, doesn't want to hurt humans (isolates himself and such yeah) and fights greater evil.
Also the animations, while watching Sweet Home I got reminded of Tokyo Ghoul a lot

Both shows deal with versatile games for money and survival with the typically Japanese vibe. Also, both shows are obviously based on manga.
Horror, magic ,supernatural, love trap ,lover triangle, died because of someone else ,misunderstanding
Both main Leads deal abandoned from their family and have money issues. They fell for the most successful girl in school and discover her dark side. Also, both shows cope with family problems, pressure on teenagers, money issues and prostitution.
Both films about spies caught in complicated political circumstances between South and North Korea.
The female lead's soul from modern era is trapped to princess' body from ancient era. This princess is known to be evil! The Romance of Tiger and Rose is also a comedy drama and the female lead's character is seriously hilarious. Ah, there is one similar thing: the male lead tries to kill female lead many times because he thinks she is an obstacle in his agenda... but of course everything doesn't go smoothly, this is a comedy drama afterall!
-tsuchiya tao act in these two story
-witch hunt theme
-people got kidnapped into strange place and were ask to play game while wearing a choker
-need to sacrifices other to survive
-Mc is either a crazy or smart in winning the game

Both feature a supernatural character who were tasked to tailor make clothes for someone in order to console people. In Black Knight, it was Sharon who needed to make clothes in order to redeem herself from her past sins. In Handmade Love, Wobeun needed to make clothes for humans so that he could finally be allowed to return to Heaven.
They are both tv-show of SuperM. It is funny to watch. Because they seem to be themselves. They really enjoyed there trip.
Both are Chinese costume dramas with supernatural tropes and BL theme.
(Spoiler)
Both have a reincarnation theme where the couple is given a second chance.

Both dramas are crime thriller dramas. Both are really influential for the viewers emotionally. In both these dramas, the male lead goes through a series of difficulties to uncover their past.
