Both of the dramas portray an enemies to lovers pairing. They are both about an office romance between a CEO and an employee. In both the dramas there is an identity misunderstanding as in Business Proposal the female lead is lying about her identity and in My dearest nemesis the leads actually know each other but don't realise it. Also, the female leads in both the dramas is strong and driven.
The feeling of learning what life is like for someone else, this strong sense of perspective-taking is similar in both dramas. The Witch is more about the desire for connection, while My Mister is about the desire for understanding.
Both are second chance at love. Both have one of the leads show selfless love with the same "patiently waiting" vibe for the other. The OST in The First Frost adds to the yearning tension the way it does in Lighter and Princess. Amazing chemistry.
