Fragrance of the First Flower and Fragrance of the First Flower Season 2 are, like it says already in the name, 2 seasons of the same drama.
- Career-focused female leads
- Romance in professional settings
- Competitive work environments
- Complex character dynamics
- Scouting theme, with the main lead's secretary being scouted Like Bae Tami

That undeniable natural chemistry can not be beaten in both of these dramas. I won't say that story is similar but rather, a good story, friendship, supportive character, and the main similar part is one lead leaving the other to not let the other suffer in longing. Go..just go watch it. Reading here will spoil the fun.

Hwarang and Check-in Hanyang share themes of hidden identities, friendship-building, and historical settings. While Hwarang focuses on an elite group of warriors in Silla, Check-in Hanyang is set in a guesthouse during the Joseon dynasty. Check-in Hanyang includes a gender bender element, whereas Hwarang does not.
- From the trailer for Ticket to Heaven, both deal with a lead coming to terms with their sexuality
- The cinematography in Ticket to Heaven reminded me of ITTSAY
- I'm not sure if the scene will come up in the drama, but in the trailer fourth looks into the mirror and touches himself which reminded me of the famous scene in which PP Krit is experimenting wearing a bra

Both male leads are following their passion of cooking/baking and trying to succeed against all odds. They also share parental absence and chosen/found families. Both really make you feel for the male leads and their struggles.
The relationship between the two guys in this kbl is similar to the relationship between Dai and Shun
Both have multiple stories into one series
Both have some sort of BL.
Both have big casts
Both by GMMTV
Both are funny
Etcccc..

I'm only on episode 4 of "Dine with love", but it reminds me of "Dating in the kitchen" because:
- Female protagonists good at cooking, with sweet, kindhearted personalities.
- Male protagonists in the roles as CEOs who have "closed off their hearts".
Both shows also have a focus on food and the importance it can have in our lives.

I feel like after watching triage and then seeing My Magic Prophecy trailer it does give the same vibes just watch both trailers & see for yourself
Both have that same fantasy vibe in a school setting....................................................
- Rich FL / Poor ML
- FL is in a position of power (Sect leader in SotSS, CEO in Fake Love)
- ML is FL's boytoy/pet (concubine in SotSS, sugar baby in Fake Love)
- Protective FL
- Cool, mature and assertive FL
- Gender role reversal elements
- Dominant FL x Submissive ML
- Both are using each other
- Steamy romantic scenes + good chemistry
- Problematic SML hurting FL
Obviously, SotSS is a historical wuxia while Fake Love is a contemporary romance but there were similarities with certain elements and especially the lead's dynamic
