I haven’t watch it yet but I have a feeling it’s similar to this.
Perfume is about a fat lady who was once a young beautiful lady about to go into modeling but unfortunately something happen so modeling wasn’t an option anymore. As she grew older she gain lots of weight. The husband kept fat shaming her until the point she wanted to die. Right before she was about to die she received this mystery package that had a perfume in it. She did a drop on her wrist to smell it and BAMN she was her young self again. So she decided to leave and rewrite pass again but not everything is permanent.

Both dramas resolve around classical music and a music academy. They both also tackle a plotline depicting characters who are passionate to achieving their dreams.
Both feature a female lead who is very dramatic and over the top and a little bit silly.
Both feature a male lead who is just your average good-hearted dude who happens to have a special magical power that can help the female lead do her job.
Both feature the idea of the mystical world just beyond what most people can see and are about helping people.
Both have serious moments among lighthearted levity.

- FL is an achiever in school but ends struggling in life
- ML has personal issues to resolve whereas FL has issues in dating
- FL is initially a loner in school
Differences
- ML is a lot better in MSH; in MTF ML keeps friendzoning
- In MTF they didn't date in school

Both leads knew each other in school drifted apart. Paths crossed as adults. ML clearly like FL who through some misunderstanding thinks the opposite. ML chooses to work independently without communication and support the FL.
Same light vibe. Watching these together while airing gives off the exact same fun vibes. Chemistry between leads is also very good and similar.

In both dramas a lady sees scary spirits/ghosts and feels exhausted and miserable because of it. People around her think she is cursed/crazy (both of them have a weird smile XD). Then she finds a man with special energy that can help her with a touch (such as holding hands, since it passes the energy).
In both the series:
1. there's contract marriage
2. female lead's career is still in process
3.male lead already likes the female lead
4. there's a person to keep a check on the newly wed couple

Hitman: Agent Jun similar and Okay! Madam have a few things in common:
1. Both have characters with a secret past that puts their family in danger.
2. Both characters are badass.
3. Both are action packed comedies.

Brother and sister grow up in a poor environment and learn to depend on each self at a young age. Always trying to ease the burden for the other. But the siblings are not related by blood, but one is the spouse of a rich household.
The main concept for both dramas is childhood friends to lovers. The girl seems more invested and wants a relationship but the guy seems like he can't commit, even though his actions show he's in love with her too.
both drams have 2 brothers that are treated differently because of their mothers and biology. in fox`s summer, the male lead is grateful to the family that raised him but in pretty man, he doesn't want anything to do with that family. the main lead in pretty man has similar characteristics to the main female in fox`s summer. they are both looked down on by of a certain member of their family/stepfamily but they don`t let it bother them and try hard to make something of themselves without the need of their family name or position. both male leads are also the CEO of their company and have worked their way there on their own merit.
Both dramas have a strong focus on the entertainment world, its good and bad sides, as well as human relationships. Both stories have a slice of life vibe.
Zombie Detective eps 5-8 has a cult similar to Save Me, the main leads work together to find/save a missing girl in the cult.
