Both dramas deal with main characters who have a sleeping disorder that severely affects their daily life that can only be remedied by sleeping in contact or next to the other lead of the opposite gender. This of course will lead to them signing a contract, co-sleeping, and then eventually falling in love.

Both the dramas are Medical drama, romance and Comedy are on point....
Purest friendship is shown between the characters....
The main lead of Dr. Romantic S1 is also A main Cast member of Hospital playlist which makes me want to see these drama again and again.

These two are what you call medical dramas in actual sense. No nonsense characters and unnecessary filler ep. What a doctor has to go through in extreme situations is well depicted here.

both feature a martial artist trying to atone for their past by protect a boy who is being targeted because of his identity. both have conspiracies occurring in the background and a heavy focus on the past. Seirei no Moribito is more serious and slower paced, while Word of Honor is more comedic and focuses more on relationships.

The story is centered around a middle aged woman who has to figure out how to navigate her life after being cheated on by her husband. In her marriage she quit her career so now she is trying to rebuild it along the way, not the same comedy angle but fairly comedic. Dr Cha reminded me of this amazing drama.
