Both are Republican Era dramas in which the FL enters the household of a powerful and dangerous man to get revenge for her family. Along the way, she becomes involved with the man's son.

Similarities:
- 2 best friends falls in love with the same person. thus, love triangle ensues.
- one of the two bffs is quite sickly. the other becomes like a savior and confidant.
- high school setting.

I can't actually give specifics of the overlaps without giving major spoilers for each story, but I'll try to hit on some more general overlaps

- we have multiple love stories happening, and one couple in each story is separated by a second male who also wants the FL (if there's technically a 'FL' in Handsome Siblings)
- The apparent villains are actually being orchestrated by some big bad that doesn't reveal itself for the majority of the show
- Good people are bad, bad people are good, and other people change from one to the other throughout the drama--> lots of focus on revenge and morality

While there's not a lot of specific overlap, these stories do remind me of each other

- the third male lead in Princess Silver reminds me of the second made lead in Lost Love in Times
- lots of sacrifice for the FLs to get their happily ever after
- politics play a big role in the story, especially in the nature of the relationship between MLs and the ruling emperors
- We have an original storyline which is then moved on from for n entirely new story line (one of them involves time travel, while the other involves memory loss)

Lots of overlaps between these dramas!

- Love triangle with an upstanding ML and a conniving second ML
- Smart, resourceful FLs who are willing to go undercover to get revenge (though Princess Silver is not as straightforward with this plot device as Princess Weiyoung)
- Lots of interweaving of politics with the romance
- There's deceitfulness all around, especially in regards to taking advantage of the Fl's kindness
- Bittersweet ending (more so in Princess Weiyoung than Princess Silver, which is more easily constructed as "sweet" more than "bitter")

- Amnesia sort of
- Men doesnt remeber woman though when he wakes up/amnesia gone
- ML and FL chemistry sizzle
- same genre

The set up shares many similarities

- in both dramas, the female lead transmigrates into past (TTEOTM) or historical fiction (TROTaR)
- the female lead is kind but replaces someone who is quite cruel (and nearly crazy)
- the female lead is in a loveless marriage with male lead
- the male lead seems to have feelings for older sister of female lead (TTEOTM) or female lead tries to set them up (TROTAR)
- the male lead appears weak and docile

However, the vibes of both dramas are different - Tiger and Rose is very comedy centered while TTEOTM (while still not the most serious ever) has more some more somber themes and the stakes of the whole story seem to be higher

It's been a while since I watched RIABB so I don't really remember the details but there was a wedding.
And then the leads did cohabitate together for a while.
And there's also the discovering one's passion part.

Both MLs are rich, FLs are poor. The MLs have a phobia (dirt vs. water) and a harsh grandfather.

Both dramas share some of the same actors and actresses. Line Watchers is about the lives of HK Custom officers while the Invisibles is about HK Anti-terrorist officers and the Phantom Tactical unit.

Both are GL stories.
