In both dramas one day everythig change in DAS spheres appear and mysterious mist in DH. In bith people have to fight for their lifes as they are in grave danger.
Kingdom is historical drama but there is zombies outbreak and situation is really dramatic. Crown prince is risking his life to try to save his Kingdom. You will love him as much as sergeant Lee from DAS.

Both are very short, very fluffy stories of a couple who fall in love around the bus rides they share.
Both films depict a complicated LGBTQ+ relationship where one man is a bit elusive with his real desires while another man is madly in love with him/trying to win him over. There is a chick involved as well who is trying to win the elusive guy back over, and she gets in the way sometimes.
Both are suspenseful dramas in which the FL replaces a lookalike member of a very rich family and is protected by the ML who has many secrets of his own. The secondary pairing is a love triangle between two guys and the FL who likes the guy who isn't as obvious in his interest in her. Both dramas have a similar feel/vibe to them.
Both are makjang with 50 episodes. YTB is from 2013 but it doesn’t seem outdated. Not a lot of screaming but both have grandmothers that are annoying. Most of all it has Jo Jung Suk, IU, and Yoo In Na!
Both male leads are or were in special forces (one a SWAT captain and the other an Army captain), and they both are men of few words, letting their actions speak for them.
Both female leads have their own careers and ambitions.
Both dramas have height differences between the main couple, no love triangle and reunions after a period of time has passed. (One is high school sweethearts finding their way back to each other. While the other one is a reunion after a rescue.)
Both dramas are dramas are adapted from novels as well.
Most importantly, both dramas are sweet and slow love stories with devoted male leads.

-Both about conglomerate families and those who serve them / cover up their mess
-Leads are similar as they both work under the family as a "dog"
-Queenmaker is more political whereas reborn rich is more economic

I honestly will recommend it if you are looking for other medical/ hospital/ doctor stories. also mentioning that Doctors are more romantic than Doctor Cha as I guess. They do have similarities too, such as:
- both about doctor's life in hospitals.
- both have love triangle relationships.
personally, I liked Doctor Cha from the first two episodes because of the story.

In both the seemingly player female lead hides her more vulnerable side, and the male lead has also been disappointed in love/women. The dramas deal with similar issues, while being very funny and interesting to watch. I binged both.
Ayaka, who works at the bridal department at a hotel, has a beauty that everyone recognizes, yet her personality is the worst. Everyone calls her a "wicked woman" after the way she wraps numerous men around her finger. The one who sets his eyes on her is the hotel's new executive Togo, who is the son of a very powerful person of the town. What are the orders that this King-like man requests of her!?
