both are mature life themed drama and every story line makes sense . melo is just slow paced and goodbye is at good pace . both of them are excellent watch

Both movies show same plot, same character name about Chi Jing Yuan wants to paid Rong Yan for having sex and Rong Yan only ask for 200.000 RMB and return the surplus Jing Yuan added. Rong Yan desperately wants to block Chi Jing Yuan while other side scheming to involve Rong Yang on his life.

It's not bad at all. It's very sweet and cute series. I never had delulu before this series. I honestly loved it.

Similar in core elements like:

But — Beyond the Clouds is more grounded, plot-smart, and classically tragic with a slow-burn payoff, while When the Phone Rings is more about vibes, angst, and emotionally charged moments, even if they sometimes stretch believability.

Both stories deal with non-monogamy and have a similar serious tone. They also both focus on exploring the ideas behind it, and have subplots with other characters that contrast non-monogamy with cheating.

In addition to the one who already recommended this drama, I also would like to mention that Lunar Lord Xingyue's power seems kinda similar to Divine Lord Siling's powers here in Feud, aka Lament of the River Immortal.

- overall, they really have the same kind of vibe.
