I think if you like one, you will like the other. Similarities:
Both are Japanese works
Main plot concentrates on a special class of outcasts and underperforming students
A sudden arrival of a teacher, who changes everything

The lead couple from Lovestruck in the City have basically the same story as What comes after Love, they met in the beach (instead of Japan) and the ML instantly falls in love with the FL (she is quirky, different), they have a short relationship, but very intense, before the FL disappears. Its shown as flashbacks and in the present he cant get over her, and resents her even tho its been a while since, and she feels guilt but tries to keep it to herself.

What comes after Love and Lovestruck in the City have VERY different approach, while one is a melodrama the other have a lot of comedy and other couples

Both male leads hate women because of their dad, they assume the worst on women. The MLs both hate the FLs because of their job, they think they are using their bodies to make money but the FLs immediately changes their minds.

There's also a timeskip and secret child after years without the ML knowing so if you like that kinda plot, I suggest you watch this.

They pretty much have the same exact plot, even the characters, the nice SML that the FL runs to when they break up, the annoying villain that likes the ML and more <3

Similarities:
- Both are daily makjang
- Both are quite fast paced
- Both centers an affair: in both dramas FL's best friend seduce their husband and has a child with said husband. also in both dramas the ''best friend'' justify their betrayal because FL parents wronged them (In third marriage Seran thinks Dajung's dad killed hers while in Queen's House Seri was humiliated by Jaein's mother.
- In both dramas there are tragic deaths before the revenge arc
- Both FL are dumb and make stupid decision before revenge arc, however i would say Jaein is way more dumb than Dajung.
- Both ML also wants revenge

Differences:
- Third Marriage FL is poor and starts off as an orphan before finding her family while Jaein is rich and starts off with a family before some of them die and betray her
- In Queen's House, FL ex-husband is a full on villain, almost satan himself, while Third Marriage's FL ex-husband is just dumb and foolish and later on regret having an affair and divorcing FL.
- Third Marriage only has Seran and her mother as the main villains, while in Queen's House almost everyone is a villain and betrays FL, including her own family.

Both dramas revolve around a police woman that ends up investigating a case that appears to be connected to the murder of a family member. In both dramas there seems to be a cover up of going on and she herself is at one point questioned in regards to her own involvement. Both dramas revolve around an ambiguous group of people where one can never be sure if they are now good or bad.

In both dramas a child witnesses the murder of a family member that is a police man and joins the police force to find out what truly happened to their family member. They investigate the crime and discover that their colleagues may know more than what they first appeared to know. Both dramas play around with every character being grey and not clear if they are good or bad. Both have very similar results for the culprit.

They are not similar in particular, but if you liked the epic-world building, large scale action scenes, ambiguous and ruthless characters, dense plot and deep characters growth in "Arthdal Chronicles", then you might like "Whispers Of Fate"
