The small town vibe, and villagers playing important parts in the story. A very beautiful outsider suddenly moving in, that becomes a love interest to the lead. There's also the whole mystery around the identity of one of the leads and some secret past coming to light as the show progresses.

ML has autism and kind of "genious syndrom" but it's similar in a way despite their appearance, they win hearts of patients, parents, coworkers.
When at first they seems like they didn't like ML.

Both love and cares in their own way for their little patients.
Here it's in an hospital and of course other aspect like love stories, others adult patient or some "vilain" but at the end he earned respect

Both revolve around exposing hidden truths and societal issues within a school setting. They feature a mysterious main character, Nanno in Girl from Nowhere and Teacher Win in Homeroom, who challenges students through extreme methods to reveal their secrets and hypocrisies. Both series tackle themes of bullying, social pressure, and justice, though Girl from Nowhere has a supernatural element, while Homeroom is more grounded in realism.

Even though they are c and kdrama from the name to the plot and how is female center is VERY similar. Both have crazy revenge plots: how the fl comes back years later for her revenge and the ml helps the fl with revenge. Both have minimal romance, but the chemistry and the intense between the leads is beautiful. If you like the K version, you will most likely like the historical C version.
