An Incurable Case of Love seemed to me to be almost a rewritten version of Itazura na Kiss. The two heroines are very alike, cute, a bit klutzy, well-intentioned, kind-hearted and seemingly deluded in their pursuit of a cold, egotistical but genius guy. Both series partly or mainly have a hospital setting. Both leading females choose to become nurses in order to pursue their love object, with the guys both being or ending up as surgeons. If you can't get enough of Itazura na Kiss, the charming An Incurable Case of Love is what the doctor ordered.

Both give you country vibes and heartwarming feelings. They both have relatable moments where you just feel for the characters situations. Also bring some healing and comfort; even though Brewing love have a lot of exaggerations unlike Summer Strike, still it gives you a slice of life ride.

Both are inspiring. They work together and study hard and get their favourite University. Both have same school environment and it's very enjoying. If you love either of them then you will definitely like watching other one too.

Both cute fluffy romance dramas with school setting. ML & FL never get swayed in their emotions as well as a jealous 2FL which tries to sabortage them.

Both cute youth school dramas and the MLs have kinda the same "profession". However "My Deskmate" is not focused on romance.

Secret double life that is closely linked to the police and murders. Also shows how the media and narrative of a story plays a large role in how the public view the victim vs the victor.

The main 3 characters in both the dramas are the same actors, and their dynamic feels the same in both. Ding's character has many similarities and so does esther's

Both are mini dramas with a modern day FL who time travels back to a village in the 1980s or 1990s and falls in love with the man she's married to in that time period.
