Created by the same people, have a similar vibe - friendship, reverse harem, nostalgia, slice-of-life, coming of age. These are both dramas where you feel a connection to the characters and will always have a soft spot for the actors who played them. Both also have great soundtracks too.

Similarity Between "Peng" and "I Have Three Boyfriends"

The dramas feature a female protagonist entangled with three distinct love interests, leading to humorous and heartfelt situations. Genre Similarity
Both dramas belong to the romantic comedy genre with slice-of-life elements. They focus on love triangles (or quadrangles) with humorous misunderstandings, emotional conflicts, and relatable modern dating struggles.

While I must admit that *Surplus Princess* is not as serious as *The Legend of the Blue Sea*, I would still recommend it as an interesting show.

Both shows are unconventional. However, I find this one to have a more compelling premise than "BF with Loan," and the absence of slavery is a significant advantage.

Both dramas include Lee Bang Won as one of the main characters. Thus, we know that the background story of both dramas is that they are both set in the early stages of Joseon Dynasty.
However, King of Tears Lee Bang Won has more focus on Lee Bang Won's rise to power while The Queen Who Crowns focuses more on the perspective of his Queen Minkyung and how she copes with being Queen (like dealing with her now unequal status with her husband to dealing with her jealousies to his concubines).
