Very similar premise. However, Yonder was a lot more coherent whereas this show is trying to achieve too much as an anthology with a multinational multi-lingual cast.

In this one the male leaded named Joon-woo wakes up to find out that a zombie outbreak happened after a late night of video gaming. He struggles to survive and is worried about his parents who left him home alone before all this chaos plays out.

Akafuji Yuichiro, a popular and charming actor, and Aoyagi Hajime, a former child star who's lost his spark, are cast as the leads in a live-action adaptation of a hit BL manga. To prep for the role, they move in together, but their relationship is rocky from the start. Akafuji's cold attitude toward Aoyagi only fuels his dislike. Little do they know, Akafuji is secretly in love with Aoyagi, and Aoyagi thinks Akafuji just can't stand him. Their misunderstandings lead to a hilarious, heartwarming cohabitation romance.

Both couples dated and separated during their younger, teenage years then reunited many years later after they had already established their respective careers. They proceed to rekindle their love and resolve their past misunderstandings and maturely face obstacles that comes their way. Both are contemporary winter-themed, romance dramas with the small difference of Love Song in Winter being a little gear toward the suspense/mystery side.

One of the mains is a suspect in murder cases, the other one is investigating him. There are handcuffs, twisty crime plot, complicated conflicting relationship dynamics, teamwork phases, blossoming doomed romance.

Whilst watching i felt like Monster(2023) reminded me a lot of Ningen Shikkaku(1994) and shared many similar elements, for instance:
