Both have dark stories, investigations based on psychoanalysis. As for me, the characters are very similar in type! A very similar picture and color palette!

Rich female lead with her bodyguard/worker doing all the things for her. Both dramas are about action, thriller and crime. While Blood Free talks about business, medical, Big Issue is about journalism. Both have quite good chemistry between the main leads as well.

Both female leads are doctor and male leads are firefighter. Both don't get along in first but then voila!
