Both shows are about women who dreams to become a great artist/performer. The major differen ce though is that Hwang Ji Ni also focuses on the lovelife of the female lead while living as an artist/performer while Jeong Nyeon doesn't seem to be that way.

Horror BL, is more horror than BL and a full series. Another series in the slasher vein, with another horror-based ending.

Short horror BL, a supernatural premise also with a fantastic OST. Not a vertical drama, but similar idea.

~Both the Female leads go through a long process to find their trueselves after losing their love, get settled in life.

~The leads were heartbroken at first and learnt the life-long lessons.

~Everybody has to go their own way and so does the love… you can never force the other person to love you equally.

~The FL and second FL have a really good bond and the other FL even though tried to got her boyfriend still the FL had no hard feelings and still considers her as a great friend.

~In last the FL get the love from the other guy who she never imagined being with… the both FL have similar character vibes eventhough I love (Xiao Xiaoju little more but He Zhi Nan is equally adorable).

If you really want to watch something similar go for it you won’t regret watching the other one.

These two are the best dramas! <3

both series are female-centric and show us hard-worl, rivalry between them, there's gifted fl who's poor also and both fl's mother was gifted in the past etc

even there're episodes about main lead loses her talent (for one is her voice, for other one is her taste ability)
