This drama is about a female figure skater, Lee Haru, who is hoping to make it big. Her life gets complicated when she reunites with her step-brother, Shin Hwal, after many years of being separated. While Haru is trying to make her dreams come true, she unintentionally brings together her skating coach, Choi Soo In, and Hwal together. Haru starts developing feelings for Hwal but things are complicated further as Soo In is her brother's estranged wife

Gradually the youngsters learn about themselves as dancers, as persons and as friends.

Best buddies Min Jae, Dong Wan and Chang Seop share all the common problems of high school seniors. They struggle against their parents and other peers to establish their own identities, fall for girls, eat, drink, and stress about college entrance exams and what school they'll get into. Min Jae's father is a commercial pilot who expects his son to follow in his footsteps. Even the middle-aged housewives who joined are quitting after a few weeks because they aren't losing the weight they'd expected to. Tap dancer Donny falls in love with an amazing dancer named Aya at a club, but then he learns that their brothers run rival clubs and obstacles arise. However, Donny and Aya have fallen for each other and the tough situation only makes them want each other more.

Almost same story similar to the double.Both are really well-made dramas that give similar vibes..Female lead characters are independent, strong, smart in every way Male lead characters are strong and mysterious characters.Story is mature rather than childish..

If your favorite thing about Why R U is Fighter and Tutor's chemistry then I highly recommend Love Mechanics for Mark and Vee's chemistry. Vastly different stories but keeps you addicted because of how well the two pairs play on screen.

Both shows are set in university with Fighter and Tutor as well as Mark and Vee in the engineering faculties. Both touch on familial expectations of their sons liking boys. Both have really good looking casts. And in both couple's stories it is pretty angsty and dramatic. Not a smooth ride for either one to find a happy ending.

Why R U has a broader cast and follows two main couples as they navigate changes in their feelings and expectations on them. Personally I watched this show specifically because of Zee and Saint's performances. The way they portray Fighter and Tutor and their unbelievable chemistry really carried this show for me.

Love Mechanics follows Mark and Vee that have a drunk one night stand that leads to both finding feelings for each other. The problem is that Vee is already in a relationship and is struggling with coming to terms with his blossoming feelings which often leads to him hurting Mark.

Both star Shin Min Ah, and involve a spontaneous/quick marriage at nearly the beginning of the show.

Both titles feature charismatic teams navigating complex scenarios, blending suspense and humour for a captivating viewing experience.

"Mad Dog" (2017) and "Breaking and Re-Entering" (2024) both immerse viewers in high-stakes intrigue, but each with its own unique approach. In "Mad Dog," former detective Choi Kang-woo leads a team that delves into the world of insurance fraud, uncovering powerful conspiracies and hidden truths along the way. Additionally, both titles masterfully blend genres, with "Taxi Driver" combining action, crime, and vigilante themes, and "Breaking and Re-Entering" mixing comedy, suspense, and quirky characters for an engaging and unpredictable experience.

Vincenzo (2021) and Breaking and Re-Entering (2024) are two thrilling titles that explore the world of crime and justice but with their unique twists. Vincenzo follows a Korean-Italian mafia consigliere who returns to Korea and uses his criminal skills to fight corruption, blending dark comedy with intense action. Meanwhile, Breaking and Re-Entering explores characters navigating the criminal underworld, likely with its blend of suspense and humour.

Both shows explore morally complex characters and offer thrilling plots filled with clever schemes, unexpected alliances, and moral dilemmas. I have to say, I highly recommend Vincenzo (2021). It's an absolute rollercoaster ride that combines sharp wit, intense drama, and some truly unforgettable characters. The way it balances its darker elements with moments of levity is truly masterful, making it a standout in the crime drama genre.
