Both are mini dramas with the same sort of plot - modern day FL time travels to the 1980s where she's married with a child/children and proves herself to the people in town who doubt her.
Both the dramas have 2 units working under a Pavillion. And 3rd independent unit mainly for solving the case like jingjhao perfecture. Both the dramas are set to solve the mysteries and luring out the main mastermind. Friendships and comedy are good attractions in both. The only difference i could find is that one involves fantasy and other one is reality
Both dramas have a dark, eery and sinister vibe to them and are from a similar artistic feeling. Both dramas revolve around characters that question if they are witnessing/involved in a murder case or not, and investigate that. Both end up doing questionable actions and doubt if people they live with are murderers or not. By doing so, they get pulled deeper and deeper into the case. Each drama is full of twists and turns and is a very gripping thriller.
Both dramas revolve around a man in a rural area getting involved in a murder mysteries that reconnects him with his past. Both do questionable actions, while also teaming up with a detective to solve the case. Both dramas give off the same eery and sinister feeling.
Queen Woo is set during the Goguryeo Dynasty era, Jumong is also a drama about Goguryeo dynasty. Precisely, Jumong is about the founding of Goguryeo Dynasty. Both drama is set during the era of Goguryeo Dynasty.
Similar type of fluff. ML like FL since forever, FL likes someone else but then likes ML after something happens. Similar bickering. FL family in both work in some restaurant.
Similar feel to drama but different plotlines.

Cold Female Lead. Judging from the synopsis, the FL is a cold character, and I think she's very similar to Oh Soo Jae. If there's one thing that link "The Judge From Hell" and Why Her?", it's the cold character of the FL.
"Meet Again". Here We Meet Again and Love Next Door is similar because in both dramas FL and ML met again after years of separation. In Here We Meet Again, Xu Yan Shi and Xiang Yuan used to be high school friends back in the days, they eventually got separated and met again after years. I think it's similar to Love Next Door's. After all, two friends did meet again in both dramas after becoming full fledge adults.
Both dramas are similar in the way they revolve around peculiar death styles and murderous schemes and both are a it episodic
Both are historical mini dramas in which the ML keeps the FL prisoner and is obsessed with her and torments her.
Both FLs have a life-threatening disease and have the MLs search for ways to cure them.
Queen of Tears is an office setting while Love is Panacea is more hospital base.

Both stories involve fathers doing immoral things to protect their sons who areinvolved in a crime.
- In Beautiful World, the plot revolves around a student who mysteriously falls from a roof and ends up in a coma. A classmate is suspected of being involved. The show explores the victim's family seeking justice while the suspect's family tries to cover up the incident.
- In Your Honor, the story involves two different families. The son of an honorable judge is involved in a car accident that kills the son of a crime boss. The judge does everything in his power to protect his son from the revenge of the crime boss.

Here’s an older kdrama that I kept thinking about while watching Forecasting L&W. There’s even a similar scene, with all the guys being squeezed in on one couch in FL’s apartment - which of course, her mother walks in on.
Both are about career oriented FLs that start secretly dating a younger guy, who of course doesn’t fall into the norm and is little bit of a genius at what he does, he’s stubborn/prideful and as much as he loves the FL he doesn’t want to get married. So, will they or won’t they stay together in the end??
Both dramas manage to smoothly weave in stories about the other characters working at the office in a meaningful (but sort of preachy) way.

Smart and business-savvy female lead. Both FL's have calm temperament and approach their problem and family matters/concerns with a composed attitude. Both are also have good relationship with their grandfather's. The male leads are both dependable men and apparently common with the double identity trope. The ML's hold high positions in society but have a complicated distant connection to the palace/imperial family. In short, both dramas are about, double identities (male lead) and business/merchants (female lead).
