I think this series is really similar because they love music & have great OSTs. They also have BLs story and goes by with music and be boyband together. And they had little angst story too( on second cp ) but ended up with good ending ( second cp being together at the end ). That's it:-)

japanese boy gang type friendship themes in both. both shows are made my same author, similar humour. delinquents, yakuza, street life etc.

While The Untamed is only a bromance, (which is just robbing us honestly) and MYATB is an actual BL, they felt similar. I know that the Untamed was based off of an actual BL and I have read it. Jin Xiao Bao gave heavy Wei Wuxian (Ying) humor vibes, but Wei Wuxian is smarter. Zongzheng Huai'en also reminded me of Lan Zhan at the beginning, the cold quiet demeanor he gives. Both great watches.

"Love letter" is the movie Jimmy and Ami watch when they go to the cinema. I watched it a long time ago but I think it has to do with what Ami's going through.

Both "Cinderella at 2 AM" and "She Would Never Know" are about office romances where a younger guy falls for an older woman. They both have strong female leads and show the ups and downs of their relationships. The stories are emotional and deal with personal growth, and they have that dramatic, heartfelt vibe. Plus, they look great visually, which adds to the feels!

Love story and marriage of demon lady and a man who loves her with all his heart. Fragments of Kylin had stunning scenery and interiors. This was a much lighter (more comedy) series.

the story of lovers from two different realms: demon and human. I actually liked this better than big production with big stars

Both dramas are done in an omnibus style characterised by a set of horror/thriller episodes that are not related to one.
